March 2020 an unpredictable Global Pandemic Covid-19 happened and MCO was enforced by the authority. By no means we have to abide by the ruling of having to temporary halt operation for the safety and well-being of our beloved customers, staffs and animals. During the course of these enforcement of MCO and CMCO, much hardship had resulted in the lost of income and supplies of essentials for all our beloved pets and animals.
Therefore we humbly appeal for your kindest concern and a little contribution to maintain the upkeep and those animals in the form of participating in our proposed " ADOPTION PROGRAM" without bringing the animals back home.

Do visit us when we resume operation as usual soon. Let's save the animals and the nature together!!!

How to download e-certificate

Step 1: Complete 100% your challenge (run/cycle). Go to https://www.ticket2u.com.my/event/23466 

Step 2: Click on <E certificate> at the top of the page. Key in your "Ticket Number" and Download the e-cert.
NOTE: The ticket number is in your e-ticket under QR Code refer to image below.

▪All Adoption Package amount CANNOT be accumulated to redeem other rewards.

▪There is no LHDN Tax Exemption or Incentive for this donation /adoption Package

▪Adoption package does not entitle donors to take the animal home!

▪Upon successful registration, you will receive an attached Ticket2U e-ticket via registered email address. If you did not receive Ticket2U e-ticket, please check your spam/junk box.

▪Kindly download and present printed hard copy Ticket2U e-ticket at the KULIM BIRD PARK Ticketing Counter upon arrival to KULIM BIRD PARK Voucher [wrist band(s)] and or complementary pack, if eligible. We Do NOT ACCEPT SOFTCOPY.

▪︎The RM10.00 package is entitle for the e-certificate only. The amount cannot be  accumulated to redeem for KULIM BIRD PARK voucher (s).
▪︎For RM20/RM30/RM50/RM100/RM200 Adoption package redemption for Ticket2u e-ticket Voucher(s) at KULIM BIRD PARK Ticketing Counter is Validity  6 months base on order date.

▪︎Printed Ticket2u e-ticket may not be transferred to other individual, e-tickets owner or representative must present MyKad/valid passport for validation during redemption at KULIM BIRD PARK Ticketing Counter.

Self-Collection
To collect your Admission ticket, you need to bring along a printed copy of your e-Ticket together with your MyKad/valid passport.

Collection on Behalf
You may appoint a representative to collect your KULIM BIRD PARK adoption reward (admission ticket, keychain, etc.) on your behalf. The representative must present the following:
·       Printed/Softcopy of Donor's e-Ticket, and
·       Printed/Softcopy of Donor's MyKad/valid passport.
