• This ticket is proof of purchase of the above event and must be presented at the time of admission.
• This ticket is non-transferable and only one ticket is valid per ticket purchased.
• This ticket validation are given 3 months from an order date of this application.
• This ticket availability only 1 chance given for customer to change the date (Covid Issue) & customer need to inform atleast 1 day in advance.
•  Family package admission only for max 5 persons.
• No outside foods & beverages.
• All water theme park activities must follow Majlis Keselamatan Negara SOP.

• Upon completion of your ticket purchase online, an e-mail notification and your E-Ticket will be sent to your e-mail address provided during the ticket purchase transaction.
