World Asthma Day Run is brought to you by RESPIRE Malaysia to celebrate World Asthma Day 2021. The virtual run is open to everyone residing in Malaysia. 

Run details:

Registration Period: 5^th May – 4^th June 2021

Run Period: 5^th May – 4^th June 2021

Result Submission Deadline: 4^th June 2021

Running Distance: 5km

Run Methods : 

You can track your distance by using the following methods: 

1. Running outdoor with GPS (track by KM) 

2. Running indoor on a treadmill (track by KM) 

3. Steps counters (1KM = 1,500 steps, 5KM = 7,500 steps, 10KM = 15,000 steps, 21KM = 31,500 steps)

*The result can be accumulated by multiple runs/steps, which must be completed within the running period.

Result Submission  

Run result must be submitted any time before 4^th June 2021 (5pm). 

Category & Fees

The World Asthma Day Run is free and open to all participants with a Malaysian address in West & East Malaysia.

What to help us support and raise awareness on World Asthma Day 2021?

1. Take a picture of yourself participating in the World Asthma Day Run.
2. Share it on your social media account.
3. Hashtag #WorldAsthmaDay2021 and tag us at @RESPIRE Malaysia (Facebook) or @respiremalaysia (Instagram).

1. Free T-shirt is only available for the first 500 participants who complete the run. All runners will be receiving an e-certificate for participation. 
2. Runners eligible for the free T-shirts will be contacted after the end of the run period, by 11^th June 2021.
