By purchasing the ticket to GO PRO MILLIONAIRE BUSINESS TRAINING 2021 from Ruvela Events & Services (The
Organiser) and its appointed Marketing Executives, you (the Purchaser) agree to be bound by the Terms & Conditions
of sale specified here in and any other provision as may be specified from time to time.
1. Prices are quoted in Ringgit Malaysia
2. Prices may vary according to marketing and early bird benefits.
4. NO CANCELLATION, REFUND or ticket EXCHANGE allowed once ticket is sold.
5. LOST or DAMAGE ticket will not be entertained.
6. No audio or video recording is allowed during the event unless otherwise stated during the event.
7. Complimentary ticket shall not be resold or offered for sale. The Organiser reserves the rights to confiscate those
complimentary tickets.
8. The Organiser reserves the right to take action against any person who breaches any of the terms and conditions.
9. You must be 16 years old and above to be eligible to attend the event.
10. Upon confirmation of your order for tickets, no exchange of tickets will be made under any circumstances and
tickets are not transferable and may not be resold unless with a written application to the organiser and approved.
11. All ticket payments for ticket purchase must only be made through The Organiser’s official bank account, Ruvela
Events & Services or Ticket2u platform.
12. The Organiser shall be entitled, but not obliged, to conduct verification checks on any order, and shall be entitled
to rescind the order if such verification checks reveal any fraud or other irregularity in the order.
13. No refund on tickets will be made under any circumstances except for an Event Cancellation or postponement for
more than 3 months.
14. The Organiser may postpone, cancel, interrupt or stop the event due to adverse weather, dangerous situations, or
any other causes beyond his reasonable control.
15. The ticket buyer/holder shall be responsible for all tickets once received.
16. Infants in arms or children will not be admitted.
17. Purchaser MUST present NRIC/Passport and E-Ticket during the checking. The identity of the person receiving the
ticket(s) may be recorded by our Officers.
18. No refunds will be made for absence during full or any partial period of the event.
19. Entry will be refused if tickets have not been purchased from the Organiser, Marketing Executives or other
authorised points of sale.
20. All our marketing executives are hired only to promote the event and have not been given the authority to collect
the ticket payments directly into their personal accounts.
21. The resale of tickets at the same or any price in excess of the initial purchase price is prohibited. The Organiser
reserves the right to cancel any tickets that have been resold and to deny any such Ticket Holder entry.
22. The Organiser reserves the right without refund or compensation to refuse admission to any persons whose
conduct is disorderly or unbecoming.
23. The Organiser may use the ticket holder’s image or likeness in any live or recorded video display, photograph or
picture.
24. The Organiser may add, withdraw or substitute artistes, speakers, trainers and/or vary advertised programmes,
event times, seating arrangements and audience capacity without prior notice, however a reasonable replacement
would be arranged.
25. Information is collected from those registering with The Organiser in order to facilitate ticket purchase or other
services available. This information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of
these conditions.
26. The Ticket Holder voluntarily assumes all risk and danger incidental to the Event whether occurring prior to,
during or subsequent to the actual Event, including any death, personal injury, loss, damage or liability.
27. If an event is postponed or cancelled, a Postponement Publicity Notice or a Cancellation Publicity Notice
(collectively, the ”Notices” or individually, a ”Notice”) respectively shall be placed in the media by The Organiser or
it’s PR representatives and marketing executives.
28. The Notices shall advise procedures for requesting a refund and the period and time within which the ticket
holder could request a refund.
29. Refund will not be entertained if a request for a refund is made after the given period from the date of a Notice.
Such unfunded sums shall be dealt with at The Organiser’s sole discretion.
30. Tickets purchased shall be refunded by cheque or online transfers during our office operating hours. Ticket
Holders will have to produce the proof of purchase with original tickets in good condition to claim refunds.
31. Ticket Holder may be required to submit a front photocopy NRIC to facilitate the cheque issuance if necessary.
32. All payment made should be backed with valid receipts.
