Mr. James Tan is a brand communications practitioner with 25 years of experience in advertising, events, and digital. Today he runs Mantra, an
award-winning company specializing in integrated brand communication strategies and executions, serving brands like Bosch, Panasonic, Petronas, Philips, Sothys and more.

During the pandemic, Coach James pivoted the company into the space of live commerce offering it as a new service for clients, and developing KlikBoy, an app that enables livestreamers to capture orders, manage sales and collect payments. He has clocked over 100 hours selling on livestream to better understand the phenomenon of live commerce. His company has also delivered successful livestream shows for clients.
