Eligibility & Workshop Information
1. This Malaysia Day Acrylic Painting Art Virtual Workshop (“the Workshop”) will be held on the above-mentioned date and time, or such other period as the Management of Atria Shopping Gallery (“Management”) may in its absolute discretion determine (“the Event Period”).
2. The Workshop is open to Atria App members residing at Klang Valley only.
3. Participants are required to redeem the material via Atria App to secure a slot for the Workshop. Each member can redeem maximum two (2) slots for the Workshop.
4. The materials will be delivered to the Participants by post only. Any other request will not be entertained.
5. If the Participants provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, outdated or incomplete, or if the Organiser has ground to believe that such information is untrue, inaccurate, outdated or incomplete, the Organiser may at any time suspend, revoke, cancel or terminate the Participant’s registration for the Workshop or entitlements and fees (if any) will not be refunded or compensated in any form.
6. The Organiser will not entertain nor be in any way responsible for any disputes arising from incomplete or inaccurate entry details in the registration form.
7. All registration forms shall be retained and belong to the Management and shall be dealt with as the Management deem fit.
General Terms and Conditions
- The Management’s decision on all matters relating to the Workshop shall be final and binding on all Eligible Participants.
- The Management reserves the right to publish/display the names, photographs and particulars of the Eligible Participants in any media/publication whatsoever.
- The Management reserves the right at any time to vary, delete or add on the terms and conditions herein without any prior notice.
- The Management reserves the right at any time to cancel or postpone the Workshop at its absolute discretion without any liability whatsoever to the Eligible Participants.
- By participating in the Workshop, all Eligible Participants agree to be bound by the terms and conditions herein. The Management shall not be liable for any losses, damages or injuries arising from and out of the carrying out of the Workshop.
