In this pandemic situation arises and it is the year end holiday for primary and secondary students. This event is a fun and explorative event for students to learn cultural knowledge and also have fun during their holidays. We are also aware that the school’s Board is concerned about the growth and spiritual uplifting of every student, and this is to cultivate and increase their awareness about the importance of cultural knowledge and learn knowledge outside of the classroom itself. 

Due to the uncertain pandemic scenario, we decided to make it happen through an online platform to participate and enjoy throughout the day. This cultural online camp will be carried out in 10 days, in which each student can choose only one day of one session which is 2 hour 30 min long to participate in. They are allowed to choose to participate in the morning or afternoon session of their own desired choice. Each session will only open for 50 students which will let the organising team manage and conduct activities via online platforms. 

After this cultural online camp, we will assess them with an assessment to test their understanding of the cultural knowledge through an interactive and explorative website in February 2022.

在2021年12月是中小学生的年终假期。本会活动是让学生们在假期中同时可以学习文化知识的同时，也能在假期里玩得开心的一次有趣的探索性活动。我们也知道，学校董事会关心每个学生的成长和精神提升，这也是为了培养和提高他们对文化知识重要性的认识，并在课堂之外也可以学习新知识。

由于现今疫情的不确定性，我们决定通过线上平台举行这场文化营。我们也规划一系列各种不同有趣的活动，并为每个学生进行这次意义非凡的活动。

本次年尾线上文化营为期10天，每一位学生只能选择早上或下午时段的时间参加，时间为2小时30分，可以选择参加自己的上午或下午的课。每次的时段只对 50 名学生开放，这将让本会通过在线平台管理和开展活动。

本次年尾线上文化营结束后，我们将于2022年2月通过互动探索性网站对他们进行评估，以测试他们对文化知识的理解。

2. Participants can join this event by buying free tickets from Ticket2u website.

4. The registration will start from 1st August until 6th November.

5. After the registration deadline, no applications will be accepted. 

6. This event is open to the public, aged between 9-11 years old.

7. Any cancellation of ticket must inform the organizer and the organizer has the right to do any adjustment on the event.

8. The Ticket Buyer shall be responsible for all tickets purchased. Any damage to the tickets may result in the ticket holder not being allowed to enter the event venue.

9. The organizer may add advertised programmes, event times, seating arrangements and audience capacity without prior notice.

10. The organizer may postpone, cancel, interrupt or stop the Event due to any causes beyond the reasonable control of the organiser.

4. 报名时间为2021年8月1日至2021年11月6日。

5. 过了报名截止日期，主办方不会收任何报名名额。

6. 本次活动开放于所有9-11岁的学生。

7. 学生必须通知主办方如有意取消门票。

8. 购票者必须全全负责以购的票务。如果遗失入门票的副本将不被允许出席活动。

9. 主办方可随时增加广告节目，更改活动流程和参与者数量。

10. 主办方可随时推延、取消或中断此活动的进行过程。
