- If you are purchasing student price tickets, you are required to upload a photo of valid student ID card as proof. The organisers reserve the right to charge full payment (normal ticket price) for buyers who fail to show proof of student status. 

- If you are purchasing more than one seat, please use a valid and unique email address for each participant as each participant will receive a unique watch link to attend the GLS.

- All tickets and goods sold are not refundable.
- All payment is required to be fully paid upon registration.
- We will be sending your unique webinar link in a separate email 1 week before the event. However, if you registered less than 1 week before the event, please note that the unique webinar link will be sent to you a day before the event.
- By signing up, you also agree to our data practices where we may use and process your Personal Data for the additional purposes such as: to invite you to GLN Malaysia/GLS events; to send you updates, mailers, newsletters, promotional materials and to communicate with you regarding your attendance at the event.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Can I register for one day only?
A: Unfortunately not, for 2 day events, the registration fee covers the entire 2 day conference. One day registration is not available.

Q: Can I register on site or on the day of the online GLS event?

A: Unfortunately not, registration will close 24 hours prior to the beginning of event.

Q: Will I get a refund if I do not attend the GLS Event that I registered for? 

A: We have a strict No Refunds policy.
However, if you are unable to attend the GLS Online date which you registered for, please apply for a transfer by contacting us by written request at least two full calendar weeks (ie 14 days) prior to the event. Requests for transfers less than two weeks of the GLS Online date will forfeit the registration fee due to the unique watch link had already been distributed. Registrations cannot be transferred from one year to the next- they must be used in the same GLS Season. For transfers, contact us at [email protected]

Q: Will I get confirmation of my registration and my viewing link for the online GLS event?
A: Attendees who registered and paid immediately will receive an automatic e-confirmation by email. The unique webinar link from Big Marker will be sent out one week before the event date.
