Date                       : 5th December 2021 (Sunday) 

Location                : Centre Court, Ground Floor

Programme          : 10.30am – Registration

                                 11.00am – Decoration Contest Starts

                                 3.00pm – Decoration Contest Ends

• Maximum three(3) persons in a team
•  Each team has to have at least one(1) guardian aged 18 and above at least one(1) child aged 12 and below
• Christmas Tree(5ft) will be provided 
• No decorating materials will be provided.

Eligibility & Contest Information:

1. This Christmas Tree Decorating Contest (“the Contest”) will be held on 4^th December 2021 (Sat), 11am or such other period as the Management of Atria Shopping Gallery (“Management”) may in its absolute discretion determine (“the Contest Period”). 
2. The Contest is only open to participants who come in Maximum three(3) person in a team [One guardian (aged above 18 years old) and one child (aged 12 years old and below)].
3. Christmas Tree(5ft)  will be provided.
4. No decorating materials will be provided.
5. All the decorated Christmas trees will be displayed in the mall from 4 December 2021 (Sat) until 2 January 2022 (Sun). The Management is not responsible for any loss or damages caused to the Christmas trees and/or its decorations during the period of display in the mall.  
6. With regard to the participation of the Contest: -
   1. Please register by 2nd December 2021 (Thu).
   2. Only the first twenty (20) pairs of participants with duly completed contest entry forms will be eligible to participate in the Contest (“the Eligible Participants”). All registration will be treated on a FIRST COME FIRST SERVE basis. 
   3. Participant with incomplete, illegible and/or any late submission of contest entry forms shall be disqualified.
   4. All contest entry forms shall be retained and belong to the Management and shall be dealt with as the Management deem fit.
   5. In the event any of the Eligible Participants are late for more than thirty (30) minutes after the Contest starts, the Eligible Participants may be disqualified by the Management. 
   6. The Competition will be judged by a pre-determined panel of judges based on the following criteria: 30% concept presentation, 35% creativity and 35% Facebook Voting.
   7. The Eligible Participants will be judged by a pre-determined panel of judges and the decision of the judges is final and conclusive. 
   8. In case of any doubt, the decision made by the Management shall be final and conclusive and shall be binding on the Eligible Participants.
      
      

Facebook Voting Session 

1. The voting session will commence from 6 December 2021 (Mon) and ends on 16 December 2021 (Thu) 12pm (“Voting Period”).
2. Shoppers who want to participate in the voting session can visit Atria Shopping Gallery Facebook Page (https://www.facebook.com/atriadj)

Terms and Conditions of the Prizes

1. Ten (10) winners will be selected by the Management/Judges in the Contest (“Winners”). Each winner shall be eligible for one (1) prize only.
2. All prizes are presented to the winners on an “as in” basis and the Management shall not be responsible howsoever for the usability, suitability, warranty, quality and condition of the prizes.
3. All winners are to collect their respective prizes on 18^th December 2021 (Sat). Any uncollected prizes will be forfeited.
4. All winners are responsible to collect their respective prizes at their own cost and expense at such time and place as may be notified by the Management.
5. The prizes do not include any accessories or items that are shown in any leaflets, posters or other promotional materials and the Management reserves the right to change the colour of the prizes.
6. The Management reserves the right at any time to substitute any of the prizes whether in whole or in part with another item of similar value without prior notice to the winners.
7. All prizes are non-transferable nor exchangeable for cash, credit or kind.
8. All winners shall abide and be bound by any conditions/warranties that are/may be imposed in respect of the receipt or use of the prizes. Management reserves the right to amend, vary, extend or discontinue these terms and conditions at any time for any reason without prior notice. In the event that any changes are made, the revised terms and conditions shall be posted on Atria Shopping Gallery Official Website (www.atria.com.my) immediately. Please check the latest information posted on the website to keep yourself informed.

General Terms & Conditions

1. The Management’s decision on all matters relating to the Contest shall be final and binding on all Eligible Participants.
2. The Management reserves the right to publish/display the names, photographs and particulars of the Eligible Participants in any media/publication whatsoever.
3. The Management reserves the right at any time to vary, delete or add on the terms and conditions herein without any prior notice.
4. The Management reserves the right at any time to cancel or postpone this Contest at its absolute discretion without any prior notice.
5. By participating in the Contest, all Eligible Participants agree to be bound by the terms and conditions herein. The Management shall not be liable for any losses, damages or injuries arising from and out of the carrying out of the Contest.
