Lembaga Pengurus SJK C Damansara is the Management Corporation of the school. The school was founded some 90 years old and since then the maintenance of the school including its expansion and extension are mainly in the hands of the Board of Governors of the school. Due to lack of facilities for indoor sports and cultural activities the current Board is organising a series of fundraising activities for a school  hall.

How to Upload Virtual Run Result

Step 2: NOTE: The ticket number is in your e-ticket under QR Code. Refer to image below.

Step 3: Key in your <Ticket Number>.

Step 4:  Upload your screenshot of your running proved, insert your distance then submit. If you have completed your distance, system will show 100% and hooray!

How to download E-certificate 

1. Open any Web Browser (Mobile Friendly)
2. Go to your event url. The page which you use to purchase the event ticket.
3. Click on <E-Certificate> button on top of event page
4. Enter E-ticket Number under the QR Code
   
5. Download your e-certificate

• 100KM Virtual run/walk for SJKC Damansara is organized by the Lembaga Pengurus SJK C Damansara. (“Organizer”) This virtual event is opened to all residents who have a valid address in Malaysia.
• The purpose of this virtual challenge is to encourage the participants to keep a healthy lifestyle in this new norm of pandemic situation and at the same time raise funds to build a school hall.
• All participants are to ensure that all information submitted are complete and accurate.
• The confirmation of participation is ONLY VALID when payment of the registration fees is successfully made to Ticket2U.com.my.
• By confirmation of payment, the participants agree to abide by the rules and regulations set forth by the Organizer. 
• All entries are NOT TRANSFERABLE, REFUNDABLE NOR DEFERRABLE.
• Upon confirmation of participation, change to the category or other details will not be entertained.
• The Organizer reserves the right to limit, accept or reject any entries without prior notice and reasons.
• The Organizer reserves the right to close entries before deadline without any notice or when a quota of this challenge is full. 
• Participants are encouraged to post photos onto Instagram or Facebook accounts along with the following hashtags: #100km Virtual run/walk for SJK C Damansara. Tag us and share with us about your virtual run/walk experience. 
• Participants who completed the run/walk and uploaded onto the system will be entitled to the 100KM Virtual event T-shirt and E Certificate.
• Finisher medals and T-shirts will be delivered to the participants via courier starting from 15 April 2022. 
• Delivery of entitlements will be mailed directly to the registered mailing address provided by the participant during registration. Please provide an accurate mailing address. Any additional cost incurred due to the return of parcel from POS/Courier Company or failure to deliver are to be borne by the participant. 
• In case Participants would like to make an address change once registration has been confirmed, there will be additional charges incurred.
• The T-shirt size is strictly based on the size selected by the participant during registration, any request for size change will not be entertained.
• If there is a return of parcel during the delivery of the finisher’s entitlement due to whatever reason. Upon request, the Organizer will arrange to resend the parcel but the delivery charges will be borne by participants.
• Any notice sent to the email address registered with the Organizer shall be deemed as received by the Participant.
• If the Participant provides any information that is untrue, inaccurate, outdated or incomplete, or if the Organizer has ground to believe that such information is untrue, inaccurate, outdated or incomplete, the Organizer may at any time suspend, revoke, cancel or terminate the Participant's registration for the Event or entitlement and fees will not be refunded.
• The Organizer will not entertain nor be in any way responsible for any disputes arising from incomplete or inaccurate entry details in the registration form.
• Submission of the result must be submitted anytime before 31 March 2022, at 11.59pm.

The Registered Parties affirm that they have read, understood and fully agreed to the terms and waiver, and they will give up substantial rights, including the rights to sue and to release all liability to the greatest extend allowed by law.

I HAVE READ THIS RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND ASSUMPTION AND WARNING OF RISK AGREEMENT, I DO FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS TERMS, AND UNDERSTAND THAT I HAVE GIVEN UP SUBSTANTIAL RIGHTS WITHOUT ANY INDUCEMENT. I UNDERSTAND THERE ARE NO REFUNDS.
