Run Submission

Run Distance: 3KM

Time Limit: 1 hour

• Track your run using Google Fit, be sure to finish 3km within an hour!
• Take a photo of yourself wearing the 2022 RWFC T-Shirt and posing for #BreakTheBias.
• Submit the screenshot to Google Form to be entitled to lucky draw entry.

Run Kit Collection

As a safety measure to reduce physical contact during the pandemic, participants will receive their run kit through courier service. Delivery fee is already included in the ticket price. 

*Please note that the run kits for Bundle of 4 will only be delivered to one address.

All run kits will be shipped out from 16th March and onwards. 

Participants are allowed to record their run (3KM within one hour) using GoogleFit apps ahead, and submit the run result along with the photo of wearing the event T-shiirt and posing for #BreakTheBias after they have received the T-shirts.

Zumba Passes

As an exclusive entitledment, all participants are welcomed to join our weekly Virtual Zumba with Mabelle on every Sunday 9am-10am from 6^th March 2022 – 3^rd April 2022.

Terms and Conditions

• Participant should be aware of and understand the risks involved in taking part in the running event and acknowledge the degree of fitness required to take part therein. 

• The Organizer does not hold any responsibility towards any accidents and injuries happened during the event. 

• Participant is required to wear the T-shirt provided while completing the activities.

• Participant must fulfill all requirements stated for the submission of the Run to qualify for one submission.

• The Organizer reserves the rights to verify all records submitted. Only verified submissions will be entitled to lucky draw entries. Lucky draw entries for invalid records will be forfeited.

• Strictly one lucky draw entry per submission for each Participant. 

• No refund of registration fee will be entertained.

• Run kits will be sent by postage from March onwards. 

• Lucky draw will be announced on 3 April 2022. Judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entertained.

• The Organizer reserves the right to use any images and videos uploaded to or in which we are tagged on our social channels for any purposes without prior notification.

• The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any contestant found not complying with the rules and regulations of the Run.

• The Organizer reserves the right to cancel or postpone the Run at any time due to any unforeseen circumstances. If so, Participant will be notified.

• The Organizer reserves the right to substitute prizes with similar value.

• Participant is strictly forbidden to transfer their Run entry to another party. 

• The run kit(s) will be delivered to the delivery address provided in the registration form.

• The T-shirt size is strictly based on the size selected by the participant during registration, any request for size change will not be entertained.

• All T-shirt sizes are subject to 5% tolerance.

• If there is a return of parcel during the delivery of the run kits due to whatever reason, the Organizer will arrange to resend the parcel upon request but the additional delivery charges will be borne by participants. 

• Any notice sent to the email address registered with the Organizer shall be deemed as received by the Participant.

• If the Participant provides any information that is untrue, inaccurate, outdated or incomplete, or if the Organizer has ground to believe that such information is untrue, inaccurate, outdated or incomplete, the Organizer may at any time suspend, revoke, cancel or terminate the Participant's registration for the Run or entitlement and fees will not be refunded. 

• The Organizer will not entertain nor be in any way responsible for any disputes arising from incomplete or inaccurate entry details in the registration form.

• Submission of registration form confirms the Participant’s registration to the Run.

• Completion of the registration confirms the Participant's agreement to abide by all the Terms and Conditions for the Run.

• The Organizer has the rights to amend the Terms & Conditions at any time at its sole discretion without any prior notice.
