This festive gathering of MRSM Alumni will be a living testament that MRSM not only produces ‘brains’, but rather brains bursting with artistic talents collaborating in musical, performing arts, design, stage production, coordination, and management. MMF2022 will be filled with entertainment from bands and bazaars to vocals and musical ensembles. A joyous and loving tribute to the continuing legacy of MRSM.

Terms and Conditions

(1) TERMS APPLYING TO ALL TICKETS PURCHASED

1.1     Ticketing

1. The show starts at 11.00 am and ends at 11.00 pm.
2. The entrance will be opened at 10.00 am. The last entry will be at 9.30 pm.
3. MMF2022 is for all ages but for safety reasons, toddlers are not encouraged.
4. Children below 12 years old must be accompanied by adults.
5. One Ticket is for one attendee.
6. We reserve the right to make alterations to the advertised details for the performance at short notice (for example performer’s changes). In these instances, the Organizer is not obliged to refund the price of your ticket or exchange it for another performance.
7. The ticket buyer/holder shall be responsible for all tickets after they have been redeemed. Lost or damaged wristband shall be replaced at cost.
8. No refund on tickets will be made under any circumstances, except pursuant to the condition of cancellation.
9. Tickets must be redeemed at the venue counter on the date of the event. Purchaser MUST present NRIC/Passport and Ticket2U QR Code upon wristband issuance/collection. The identity of the person receiving the ticket(s) may be recorded by our personnel.
10. Entry and access will be refused if tickets have not been purchased from Ticket2U or other authorized points of sale.

1.2 Rules of admission

1. You need a valid Ticket2U QR Code which must be produced upon arrival in order to enter MMF2022.
2. The Organizer may add, withdraw or substitute artists and/or vary advertised programs, event times, seating arrangements, and audience capacity without prior notice.
3. We bear no responsibility or liability for any loss or damage to your personal property whilst at MMF2022.
4. With any effects utilized in productions/events or activities such as strobe lighting, smoke effects (including smoking on stage), loud bangs, and gunshots, the Organizer has no responsibility or liability for any injury or distress caused as a result of these effects.

1.3 Health And Safety

1. For Health & Safety reasons, wheelchair users are not permitted to transfer into fixed seating.
2. Strictly fully vaccinated.

1.4 Drinking and Misuse of illegal substances

1. No drinking and illegal substances are allowed in MMF2022. 
2. The Ticket Holder agrees to submit to any search for any prohibited items including weapons, controlled, dangerous and illegal substances.
3. The Organizer reserves the right to take disciplinary action which may include expulsion from MMF2022 in the instance of abuse of alcohol and any illegal substances.

(2) ADDITIONAL TERMS APPLY TO TICKET PURCHASES FROM TICKET2U.

2.1 Information about purchasing tickets.

1. All tickets for admission into MMF2022 ("Ticket") are sold through our online ticket website: www.ticket2u.com.my/mmf2022
2. Please read these terms carefully before ordering any tickets.
3. You will need to click the box denoting your understanding of these terms in the course of your purchase of Tickets to confirm your acceptance of these terms. By doing so, you are deemed to accept these Terms and Conditions. If you don’t accept these terms, you will not be able to order any Tickets from Ticket2U. 

2.2 Payment details.

1. The price of any Tickets will be as quoted on Ticket2u.com.my and MMF2022 Poster.
2. Payment for all Tickets can be made by credit card, debit card & online transfer. 
3. Ticket confirmation will be emailed to you after your purchase.

(3) EVENT CANCELLATION OR POSTPONEMENT AND REFUND

3.1 Cancellation

1. If the concert is postponed due to COVID restrictions, reservations will be valid for the subsequent date.
2. In the event of cancellation, Ticket2U will refund on behalf of the Organizer. All purchasers are required to follow the Ticket2U refund procedure.

3.2 Postponement

1. MMF2022 may postpone, cancel, interrupt or stop the event due to adverse weather, dangerous situations, or any other causes beyond his reasonable control.
