1. Particulars of NS Preemie Fun Run 2022 – ‘Everything Is Possible’

2. How to enter
2.1 To enter, log on to: www.ticket2u.com.my for online registration form. All fields marked mandatory, must be filled by the applicant and all terms and conditions stated herein and, in the website, must be accepted.
2.2 Each application must be accompanied by payment online based on the category selected.
2.3 For purposes of charity, once the registration form is submitted and payment made, there will be no refund of Fee in the event the NS Preemie Fun Run 2022 is cancelled or the applicant does not or is not allowed to participate in the event for any reasons whatsoever. The collection from the NS Preemie Fun Run 2022 (other than the registration fee) shall be for the benefit of the organizer.
2.4 Closing Date for registration is 27 September 2022. Decision whether to accept any application submitted after the Closing Date, shall be at the Organizer’s sole discretion.
3. Eligibility
3.1 NS Preemie Fun Run 2022 is open to the general public.
3.2 All applicant/participant must register online in accordance with Clause 2 above.
3.3 All children below 12 years old must accompanied by adult.
3.4 Strollers are allowed in the 1.5km category Fun Run.
3.5 Schools are allowed to register in a group for the school category. The Teacher would be responsible to the safety of the students/participants who wish to participate. Schools are allowed to participate in the 1.5km or 5km Fun Run.
3.6 Children below 2 years old (using stroller) are not charged (FOC) to participate in the event, upon completion of the run, they will receive a goodies bag.
4. Participation Rules & Qualifying Criteria for Merchandise/ Products/ Prizes
4.1 The registered participant is required to wear the official number bib at the front of the T-shirt
for the duration of the Run. Collection details will be informed by the Organizer before the date of the Run.
4.2 Only registered/accepted applicant/participant is entitled to any form of merchandise, products (including medal for completing the Route) and the number bib that may be allocated for the Run except 2 year and below children.
4.3 Each registered participant is only entitled to ONE (1) Merchandise regardless whether the registered participant is accompanied by his/her spouse, children or any other persons (“Third Parties”).
4.4 Each BIB number would represent a token for the special lucky draw session after the run.
5. Liability & Responsibility
5.1 The applicant shall be responsible for the accuracy and correctness of the information provided in the registration form. The Organizer shall not be responsible in any way whatsoever to check and verify the information and/or consent so given.
5.2 The applicant/participant hereby acknowledges that he/she takes part in the NS Preemie Fun Run 2022 at his/her own risks and he/she shall assume full liability and responsibility for any mishap, injury, damage, accident, ill health, death and hereby releases and holds the Organizer, their sponsors and their appointed officials harmless from any liability.
5.3 Where the applicant/participant is accompanied by the Third Parties, the applicant/participant shall ensure that the Third Parties are aware and agree that they take part in the NS Preemie Fun Run 2022 at his/her own risks and the applicant/participant shall assume full liability and
responsibility for any mishap, injury, damage, accident, ill health, death of the Third Parties and hereby releases and holds the Organizer, their sponsors and their appointed officials harmless from any liability.
5.4 By participating, the participant is assumed to be fit and able to participate and/or complete the NS Preemie Fun Run 2022 and where applicable, had consulted his/her medical practitioner.
5.5 The participant shall run on the designated route and observe the signages and/or safety regulations.
5.6 The participant shall prepare his/her own refreshments/food.
6. Rights of Organizer
6.1 The Organizer reserves the right to amend the Route as the Organizer deems fit and any amendments/variations will be made known by way of notice posted on the Website and such other form as the Organizer may decide and the participant is deemed to have due notice of the
same. The Organizer shall not be liable for any other loss or inconvenience caused due to such amendments/variations.
6.2 The Organizer reserves the right to delay and/or cancel the NS Preemie Fun Run 2022 upon occurrence of any event beyond the control of the Organizer including (but not limited to) acts of God, flood, fire, embargo, riot, war, natural disaster or any event constituting force majeure and for the purpose stated in Clause 2.3, without any refund of Fee.
6.3 The Organizer reserves the right to remove any participant whom in the Organizer’s sole opinion, is guilty of jostling, obstructing or involves an act of aggression against another.
6.4 The Organizer reserves the right to remove any participant the Organizer is of the sole opinion, physically unfit or appears to be unfit or incapable of continuing/completing the Route.
6.5 The Organizer reserves the right to use the names, photographs and video recordings taken before, during and after NS Preemie Fun Run 2022 for purposes of advertising and/or publicity without any prior notice to the applicant/participant and the applicant/participant shall not claim ownership or compensation for the materials.
6.6 No pets, or any form of wheel-run objects of transport e.g., inline skates, prams, push cars, shoes with built-in or attached rollers is allowed on the Route or in the vicinity of the Route except official race marshals and medical vehicles.
6.7 By applying and participating, the applicant/participant hereby expressly agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the decision of the Organizer. The applicant/participant hereby gives his/her consent to and authorizes the Organizer to disclose his/her particulars to third party service providers and/or sponsors appointed and/or collaborated in relation to the Walkathon.6.8 The Organizer’s decision on all matters relating to the NS Preemie Fun Run 2022 shall be final and binding and no further correspondence or attempt to dispute such decision will be entertained.
6.9 The Organizer reserves the rights to change, amend, delete or add to the terms and conditions of the NS Preemie Fun Run 2022 without prior notice and the applicant/participant shall be bound by such changes.
