Event Information

1. Participants are required to download the Ticket2U QR before the workshop and MUST present the Ticket2U QR code for scanning upon check-in counters at the workshop. (organizer will email the individual Ticket2U QR code to every participant).
2. Participants must have completed at least two doses of the COVID-19 vaccine. Entry and access will be refused if not complete the vaccine. 
3. On the day before the workshop, participants must conduct their own self-tests and take pictures as proof. The organizer will conduct random inspections, and confirmed and symptomatic persons are not allowed to attend.
4. Participants must turn their mobile phones to silent mode.
5. No outside food and drinks are allowed. Food and drinks may only be available at the workshop venue.
6. WORKSHOP check-in counters open at 8.15 am. The workshop starts at 9:00 am sharp. 
7. One QR Code (ticket) is for one attendee.
8. We reserve the right to make alterations to the advertised details for the workshop program at short notice (for example speaker changes). In these instances, the event organizer is not obliged to refund the price of your ticket or exchange for another workshop.
9. No refund on tickets will be made under any circumstances except pursuant to conditions under Event Cancellation or Postponement.
10. The event organizer may add, withdraw or substitute the speakers and/or vary advertised programs, and event times without prior notice.
11. We bear no responsibility or liability for any loss or damage to your personal property whilst at the workshop.
