Water Stations

Water stations will be made available en route.

Lucky Draw

There will be a lucky draw conducted during the event day.

Adult Responsibility 

An adult registration for Family Run (3KM) is allowed to bring a maximum of 2 children below 12 years for free. The adult must take full responsibility for their well-being pre, during and after the run. Registration of the children's details is required for insurance purposes only. The children are not entitled to a finisher t-shirt, other sponsored items and lucky draws. 

Responsibilities for participants aged 12 to 17 years old
Individuals aged between 12 to 17 years take full responsibility that he or she is registering and participating in the event with their parent's consent.

Baggage

There will be NO baggage handling services during the event day.

Tax Exemption Receipt

Tax exemption receipt is available for all donations contributed to Persatuan Kebajikan HOPE worldwide Malaysia: 

• Only 1 tax exemption receipt is issued for a donation
• The tax exemption receipt can be requested during your registration with the ticket2u online portal
• The tax exemption receipt will be posted to you
• The tax exemption receipt will be issued under the name of your Identification Card. Kindly ensure that your registration name is as per your IC.

Waiver

1. The organizer reserves the right to use any photograph (including those of participants), motion pictures, recordings, or any other media records of the event taken before, during and after the event, for any legitimate purpose including commercial advertising and distribution to sponsors.
2. The organizer reserves the right to amend the run & walk route as they deem fit for the safety of the participant and/or to prevent any potential hazards in the running of the event, at any time without prior notice to the participant. In such cases, every effort will be made to inform the participant prior to the date of the event. The organizer shall not be liable for any other loss or inconvenience caused due to such changes.
3. The organizers reserve the right to delay the commencement of the race in the event of heavy rain or thunderstorm or extreme weather conditions. Should the heavy rain, thunderstorm or extreme weather condition persist after delay, the organizers reserve the right to cancel the race without any refund. In the event of heavy rain or thunderstorm or catastrophic or natural disaster resulting in a postponement or cancellation of the above event, the organisers shall not be held responsible for any claims including refund whatsoever in any form made by any individual or parties concerned.
4. Whilst every reasonable precaution will be taken by the organizer to ensure the participant safety, participants run at their own risk and the organizer will not be responsible or held liable for any injury or death howsoever arising from training for or during participation in the race. Participants are strongly encouraged to go for a medical examination and or consult their medical practitioner prior to registration and before the actual race day.
5. The organizer reserves the right to remove any participant deemed physically incapable of continuing with the race to prevent him/her from causing more significant harm or injury to him/her.
6. The decision of the organizer is final when accepting entries. The organizer reserves the right to limit or refuse an entry without having to disclose a reason.
