Come be part of the PhAMA 50th Anniversary Celebration Health Carnival happening in Pyramid Convention Centre on 1 October 2022. Kids can join in the colouring contest and while waiting parents can enjoy visiting the carnival booths, joining the many others activities such as zumba, health check up, blood donation and public health talks.  

Children Colouring Contest Terms and Conditions 

1. The contest is open to all children aged 12 and below. 

2. The contest will be held on 1 October 2022 physically at Sunway Pyramid Convention Centre.  Participants to arrive and register from 9.00am and 30 minutes before the contest.

3. One ticket for one participant age accordingly to born year.

4. Contestant’s, parent’s or legal guardian’s name, IC, and parents’ mobile number must be clearly stated on the contest sheet. 

5. Winners will be announced at 2.00pm at the same afternoon with all categories.  If despite all reasonable efforts the organizer is unable to locate or contact the winner, another winner will be selected. 

6. Contestants may add drawings of people, animals and objects on the colouring sheet. 

7. Only crayons, colour pencils or markers may be used. Contestants must complete the colouring contest by themselves without assistance from a third party. 

8. All entries shall become the property of the organizer. All decisions made by the organizer and the judges will be final and no disputes will be entertained.

9. The prizes must be accepted on “as-awarded” basis and cannot be transferred, returned, substituted or redeemed for cash. 

10. The contest will be judged by judges from the organiser and prizes as indicated in the poster.

11. Participant is on first come first serve and compulsory to print out physical ticket and show upon during registrations.
