S.PASS T&C:
1. This S.PASS is only Valid with successful ticket purchase from Ticket2U under the student category.
2. Holder is required to present the actual Ticket2U together with this S.PASS to redeem for the Entrance Band.
3. This S.PASS is only valid for one (1) redemption.
4. This S.PASS is valid for use on 21st October 2022 only
Purchase info:
- Ticket holders are responsible for personal information submitted during online purchasing.
- Audiences are advised to do RTK tests at home before coming to the event.
- Audiences must have completed at least two doses of the COVID-19 vaccine failing which entry and access to the concert venue will be refused. Wearing face mask is advisable.
- The organizer will conduct random checking. Any person with sign or symptom of COVID-19 or COVID-19 positive will not be allowed to enter the concert venue.
- Audiences must turn their mobile phones to silent mode.
- Purchasers MUST present the Ticket2U QR Code when collecting the tickets / wristbands.
- Wristbands must be worn all the times and those found without the wristbands will be asked to leave the concert venue.
- Lost or damaged tickets or wristbands will not be replaced.
- CONCERT doors open at 7:15pm; CONCERT starts at 8:00pm; Last entry is at 8:45pm. (You are advised to arrive early.)
- One ticket / wristband is for one attendee.
- Minimum age for admission to the concert venue is 7 year old and above.
- Children aged between 7 - 14 year old must be accompanied by adult of 18 year old and above at all times.
- No smoking is permitted outside the smoking area.
- No food and drinks are allowed inside the concert venue except with express permission by the event organizer.
- No audio and video recordings or taking photographs are allowed in the concert venue.
- Any person who behaves in an aggressive, unruly or inconsiderate manner will be ask to leave the concert venue.
- Drugs, alcohol and weapons in the concert venue are strictly prohibited. Any person found to possess drug or alcohol or weapon shall be asked to leave the concert venue.
- We reserve the right to make alterations to the advertised details for the performance at short notice (for example performer’s changes). In these instances, the event organizer is not obliged to refund the price of your ticket or exchange for another performance.
-The ticket buyer/holder shall be responsible for all tickets after they have been picked up, LOST or DAMAGED tickets / wristbands will not be entertained.
- Neither party shall be responsible for any failure to fulfill its obligations pertaining to the event due to causes beyond its reasonable control such as but not limited to government orders, acts of God, fire, flood, disease or riot provided that prompt notice is given to the other of its invocation of this provision.
- In case of cancellation due to force majeure, the event organizer has the sole discretion on the refunds.
- The event organizer may add, withdraw or substitute artistes and/or vary advertised programmes, event times, seating arrangements and audience capacity without prior notice.
- We bear no responsibility or liability for any loss or damage to your personal property whilst at the concert venue.
