Have fun with Splash Adventure Pool Obstacle Course!
Please read the terms & conditions carefully. By entering the obstacle course game, you are explicitly acknowledging that you have read and understood the terms and conditions herein and that you agree to be bound by them.
For safety & enjoyment of all participants, the following terms and regulations will apply while using the obstacle course:-
Terms and Rules for Participation
- In order to join the obstacle course, participant(s) must book the sessions online. Multiple sessions may be booked in a row.
- Our sessions are open to families, adults and children.
- Sessions are ONLY open to participants aged 7 and above with a requirement of over 110cm in height. Height requirement will be confirmed upon check-in.
- Participants must be able to swim 50m with buoyancy aid.
- The duration for each session is for a period of one (1) hour and shall include a safety briefing.
- Participants shall be briefed 10 minutes during the session.
- Please arrive 30 minutes before the start of the scheduled session start for safety, security and administration check.
- Photography and/or videos and/or digital recordings during the sessions are prohibited without prior approval from the Management of D Swim Academy Sdn Bhd (“DSA”).
- Please remove any jewellery, rings, necklace, piercing and glasses before participating in the session.
- Participants are to keep their personal belongings off the deck floor and the said personal belongings may be kept in day lockers.
Usage of the Obstacle Course
- At all times, participants are NOT allowed to dive headfirst into the pool. Participants are ONLY ALLOWED TO ENTER into the pool using their feet first.
- Inflatable obstacle course must be used safely and responsibly at all times. Participants are NOT ALLOWED to stand on top of the slides, cliffs or podium. Feet first sliding and entry only.
- AT ALL TIMES, participants are NOT ALLOWED to swim or play under the DSA obstacle course.
- Running, dunking, shoulder riding, jumping into the pool, tube chains, or other horseplay ARE NOT permitted at any time.
- Food or drinks ARE NOT ALLOWED on the deck without prior approval
- Smoking/vaping is not permitted in the facility.
- Swimwear is required upon entering the water at all times. Swimwear should be properly fitted and shall not indecently expose parts of the body, be transparent, or display obscene or offensive pictures or slogans. Cut-off jeans, cargo or khaki shorts, pants or any other non-swimwear shall not be worn.
- ONLY aquatic shoes are permitted in the pool, street shoes ARE NOT ALLOWED.
- Children MUST be supervised at all times. Children under the age of 12 MUST be accompanied by a supervising responsible adult over the age of 18 during the entire duration of the session (at the same start time). Each responsible adult may accompany a maximum of two (2) children on the session.
- Participants and/or guests and members with open wounds or obvious signs of bleeding SHOULD NOT be permitted to enter the water.
- Consuming alcoholic beverages is prohibited. Participants MUST NOT be under the influence of any drugs or alcohol whilst participating in the session.
- Breath holding for extended periods of time will not be permitted.
- Flotation devices and water toys are NOT PERMITTED unless provided by the facility.
- Lifeguards shall have complete authority at all times.
- Participants and/or guests and members who negatively impact the experience for other guests or employees shall have their access revoked.
- Participants and/or guests and members may be asked to leave without a refund if the rules set out herein are not followed.
- The timing of the sessions may be subjectto change due to adverse weather, unfit environment and/or light conditions or any other unforeseen circumstances. The only time the session may be altered is under unforeseen weather conditions i.e. thunder and lightning or extremely high winds.
Health & Safety
- Participants who are sick with diarrhoea, or who have been sick in the last two (2) weeks, risk contaminating pool water with bacteria and SHOULD NOT enter the water if they have recently been sick.
- Participants/Guests with open wounds or obvious signs of bleeding SHOULD NOTbe permitted to enter the water.
- We advise that if you have any COVID related symptoms (including high temperature, a new, continuous cough, headache and a loss or change to your sense of smell or taste) to not participate in course.
- All guests MUST wear life jacket as approved by the management.
- Safety is our paramount concern and we have the right to remove anyone on, in or around the pool who gives us any concern whatsoever with regards to safety of the participant and/or the rest of the participants.
- Rules and safety guidelines are subject to change at any time due to Management discretion.
Liability Release and Assumption of Risk
- All participants acknowledge that they are participating in the session at their own risk and that the adult participants and the child participant hereby release and discharge DSA, its employees, agents and officers, its contractors and other participants, agents, officers, consultants, contractors and representatives (“Release Parties”) from any claims and liabilities whatsoever, to the fullest extent permitted by law, as a result of your presence at or participation in the session, including death and/or personal injury.
- All participants shall assume total responsibility for the condition, maintenance and safekeeping of any personal property and/or equipment that he/she brings to and/or may use during the session, including but not limited to mobile phones and cameras and any property left by any participant in any bag drop or cloak room area operated by DSA and/or its employees and/or the Release Parties.
- All participants shall assume all of the risks of participating (or the child participant participating) in the session including but not limited to any accidents, slips, falls, negligent acts of other participants or effects of weather, and you hereby confirm that you understand that participating is a potentially hazardous activity in which injuries could occur during the session.
- By taking part in the session, participants freely assume the inherent risks as well as any other risks not listed that are part of the obstacle course, and any harm, injury, illness, or loss that may occur to them or property as a result of their participation in the session —including any injury, illness, death or loss caused by the negligence of DSA, its employees, agents and officers, its contractors and other participants.
- DSA and/or its employees or management shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage, loss of profit, anticipated savings or wasted expenditure whatsoever arising out of the participant’s presence at or participation in the session.
- All participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any losses, damages, costs, expenses and demands arising out of any claim or litigation brought against them by: (a) you or on behalf of you/the child participant and/or your estate; or (b) any third parties as a result of yours/the child participant’s actions during the session.

By purchasing the ticket(s) you agree to allow us to use image of You and/or the Participant(s), either in full or part, in conjunction with any wordings or drawings, in any DSA publication, production and presentation, including but not limited to electronic/internet marketing materials for the purpose of promoting DSA and its programmes.
