1. All tickets will be sold through Ticket2u and issued wristbands as physical tickets (The wristband redemption/ collection will be announced later, first come first serve basis).
2. No refunds or exchange of tickets will be made under any circumstances.
3. Melosaga’s official wristband must be shown to get into the event venue.
4. Free access for 6 years old and below (12 years old and below must accompany by at least ONE parent/ guardian).
5. For multiple ticket purchasers, you are solely responsible for all the tickets under your purchase.
6. In the event of any change of the Identity Card(s) submitted during the online purchase, the current valid Identity Card must be produced before Ticket2u customer service agents or any such authorized personnel in order to be registered. Ticket2u/ Organizer customer service reserve the right to request further confirmation or documents to verify the ID of the purchaser. In the event the confirmation or documents provided are insufficient to verify the ID of the purchaser, Ticket2u/ Organizer ground floor staff reserve the absolute right to refuse entry.
7. Purchasers MUST show their original Identity Card and a confirmation email/ official receipt upon wristband collection. In the event the confirmation or documents provided are insufficient to verify the ID of the individual and/or purchaser, the organizer reserves the absolute right to refuse the ticket holder to enter the event hall.
8. Ticket2u/ Organiser will not be responsible for any ticket/ wristband that is lost, stolen or destroyed.
9. If there’s a case of duplicate access on the event day, you are required to show proof of purchase, if you fail to do so, no entry will be allowed.
10. Ownership or possession of the ticket does not confer any rights (by implication or otherwise) on the purchaser to use, alter, copy and/or otherwise deal with any of the symbols, trademarks, logos and/or intellectual property appearing on the ticket.
11. Information is collected from those registering with ticket2u in order to facilitate tickets or other services available. The information is collected and used in accordance with our Private Policy.
12. The information collected from those registering with ticket2u in order for marketing promotion will be processed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Notice Policy. By registering, the Registrant provides his/her consent to ticket2u / concert organizer in processing their information and permits sponsors, partners and/or authorized parties to contact the Registrant to receive marketing materials and communications for future events, promotions and any other marketing and promotional activities.
13. Purchase from Unauthorised Sources/ Refusal of Admission
- Purchase of tickets shall only be made on our designated website at https://www.ticket2u.com.my/(“Website”), Any Ticket purchased from any other source may be unauthorized copies and purchaser(s) may be refused admittance to the Event.
- In the event that the purchaser provides false or incorrect data when making the purchase, the purchaser may be barred from attending the Event.
- Ticket2u/Organizer reserves the right, without refund of any amount paid, to refuse admission to, and/or eject any person whose behavior does not comply with the rules and regulations set forth by us and/or the venue.
14. Tickets are non-transferable and cannot be resold. All Tickets will be rendered as invalid if resold.
A. Weather condition
- This is an indoor event, it will not be impacted by rain.
- The show will continue if it rains.
B. Delay & Postponement
- Ticket2u does not allow any exchange or cancellation of tickets under any circumstances and tickets sold are neither transferable nor refundable unless otherwise permitted under the paragraph below.
- In the event of postponement, the ticket purchased for the original event date may be applicable and valid for the new event date unless otherwise notified.
- Organizer reserves the right to postpone, cancel, interrupt or stop the event due to adverse weather, dangerous situations, or any other causes beyond its reasonable control.

- In the event, any of the performing group is unable to attend or participate, and beyond its organizer’s reasonable control, no refund can be claimed under any circumstances
- Ticket2u/Organizer reserves the rights to change or amend any terms and conditions at any time at its sole and absolute discretion without prior notice.
D. Consent
- During the Event (including entry into the Event), the ticket holder agrees to submit to any search for any prohibited items including but not limited to weapons, controlled, dangerous and illegal substances and recording devices.
E. Assumption of Risk
- The ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risk and danger incidental to the Event whether occurring prior to, during or subsequent to the actual Event, including but not limited to any death, personal injury, loss, damage or liability.
F. Changes to Event
- Organizer reserves the right to withdraw, replace, add or substitute any artists/ performers’ and or vary advertised programmes, event times, seating arrangements and audience capacity without prior notice.
- Organizer reserves the right to postpone, cancel, interrupt or stop the event due to adverse weather, dangerous situations, or any other causes beyond its reasonable control.
G. Amendments
- Ticket2u/Organizer reserves the rights to supplement, add, change or amend any of these terms and conditions at any time and at its sole and absolute discretion without prior notice.
H. Other Terms & Conditions
- All other ticketings, venue & event entry terms & conditions apply.
- The organizers reserve the right to make changes to the T&C without prior notice.
