RESELLING OF THIS TICKET IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED. THE QR CODE ONLY ALLOWS ONE ENTRY PER SCAN. DUPLICATION OR AUTHORISED RESELLING OF THIS TICKET WILL PREVENT ENTRY TO THE EVENT.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

• 1 ticket admits 1 person only.
• For the avoidance of doubt, one (1) ID can only be used to purchase up to SIX (6) tickets per transaction for normal price.
• Free seating zone by category except for VVIP. Seats for VVIP tickets holder will be auto assigned during wristband redemption.
• Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced or reissued, even if you have proof of purchase. Your ticket is your responsibility.
• Once sold, no exchange, cancellation, and/or refund is allowed.
• Ticket price is subject to ticket fee & booking fee.
• Admission for children age 7 years old and younger is not allowed. Children aged 7 years old and above would require a ticket.
• Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian at all times and have purchased a valid ticket.
• Strictly NO professional photography, video, and/or audio recording of any kind is allowed during this performance.
• You will be refused entry & your ticket(s) will be barred without compensation if it is purchased from an unauthorised ticket seller or scalper.
• Your ticket(s) may not be resold or offered for resale at face value or at a premium over the face value of the ticket (including via online auction sites AND RESELLING WEBSITES SUCH AS STUBHUB, VIAGOGO, and CAROUSEL) or used for advertising, promoting OR other commercial purposes (including competitions, contests, and trade promotions) OR to enhance the demand for other goods/services under any circumstances.
• Access will only be granted to fully vaccinated individuals 14 days after completion of 2 doses of vaccine (Pfizer, AstraZeneca, Sinovac), or 28 days after 1 dose of vaccine (Johnson & Johnson, CanSino).
•  PET (Pre-Event Testing) may be required for this event. All ticket holders may be required to upload Covid-19 test results 24 hrs prior to the event date to receive event e-tickets.
•  The event organiser reserves the right to cancel, reschedule and/or relocate the event, including the rearrangement of current seating allocations, under unforeseen circumstances and in accordance with prevailing government guidelines.
•  Concert management & event staff reserve the right to refuse entry and/or expel from the premises any person with unruly conduct and/or in breach of any venue and/or ticketing terms & conditions
•  All ticket holders may be subject to body/bag checks at all entry points into the concert hall
•  Latecomers will be allowed entry at a suitable time during the performance at the discretion of floor staff. NO refund/compensation will be given to a latecomer who is allowed entry into the performance hall at any time after the concert has started • In the event of an official cancellation, ticket refund net of ticket fee and booking fee will be granted. Credit/Debit Card charges are not refundable.

COVID 19 SAFE MEASURES & CONDITIONS

In order to mitigate the transmission of Covid 19, the following guidelines and measures will be implemented so that you may enjoy the show safely.

• Only fully vaccinated individuals who have completed 14 days after 2 doses of vaccine (Pfizer, Astra Zeneca, Sinovac), or 28 days after 1 dose of vaccine (Johnson & Johnson, CanSino) will be allowed entry.
• Wearing a face mask is required at all times at the performance venue until such guidelines are relaxed by the Government. No Mask No Entry Policy.
• Regular sanitisation of all public spaces and touch points will be carried out throughout the performance.
• You will be required to maintain a distance from others wherever possible when at the venue.
• Please consider your health condition prior to arriving at the venue on show day.  If you are Covid positive, in quarantine for Covid or have been in close contact with a Covid positive person, or are displaying Covid 19 symptoms, please refrain from coming to the venue. Contact our Ticketing Support for further assistance.
• If you are spotted displaying symptoms at the venue, you may be required to visit our medical station for further evaluation prior to being allowed entry.
• Your cooperation to arrive early at the venue will allow for a safe and smooth entry process.
