How it works:

1. After payment is made, you will receive an official email with E-Bib. (Please check your spam/junk mail)

2. The E-Bib is not compulsory to be printed. You can keep this E-Bib by "save image" and you can share it on your social media.

3. Download running apps or use a GPS watch to track your run and ride. Switch your running apps or GPS watch to indoor/treadmill mode when you run on the treadmill.

4. After completing, submit your run result to [email protected] or whatapps to https://bit.ly/3uEXQul with your ebib and results. 

5. You will receive your race pack tracking number through email in 2 weeks. Any late shipment will be informed through email. 

6. Your finisher's medal will be shipped directly to you.

 Terms and Conditions

RETURN / REFUND POLICY

1. Under normal circumstances, we do not offer return or refund.

2. Exchange request must be submitted within 3 working days upon parcel received.

3. Items must be in its original condition (tag intact, unworn, unwashed and unaltered). Exchanges for articles which do not meet all mentioned conditions will be duly declined. All items are not to be soaked. If color runs due to this reason, item/s is strictly not returnable.

4. All returns which do not meet the above-mentioned criteria will be strictly declined and forfeited.

5. The returned item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. Please keep the tracking code with you in case we shall need them for reference.

6. We will get back to you once a return item is received by us and will email you the new tracking number for the exchange item. 

7. All the return shipping cost is borne by buyer. 

8. In case of refund, all refund(s) will be credited to your personal account within 1-3 working days.

*Color of products may varies due to studio lighting used and please allow 20% of color variation in real product as compared to actual products. It may appear darker or lighter. Exchanges due to this reason will be charged a processing fee.

*There might be +/-0.5 inches differences in the measurements given due to the different stretchable quality of the material. Please do check the measurements given in our products and compare with your existing dresses for best fit. 

*For printed items, the prints may vary in terms of symmetry/alignment/slight color patches for each piece and return due to this reason is not considered a defect.  

*Material and quality issues are not considered defects and is subjective.

*Parcels returned to us before any acknowledgement/approval will not be entertained.
