• Audiences must turn their mobile phones to silent mode.
• No outside food and drinks allowed. Food and drinks may only be bought at the concert venue.
• CONCERT doors open at 6.45PM ; Event start at 8.30pm ; Last entry 8:40 PM.
• One Ticket is for one attendee.
• Children 6 years old and below can enter the concert (must buy a separate ticket if they need a seat) and must be under adult/guardian supervision at all times.
• The physical ticket can be collected at 5:00 pm at Ticket Box Office (Ground Floor) in the evening on the day of the concert. Ticket Box Office close at 8.40pm.
• The tickets may be collected at the ticket counter of the venue on the date of the event. Purchaser MUST present Ticket2U QR Code upon ticket collection.
• We reserve the right to make alterations to the advertised details for the performance at short notice (for example performer’s changes). In these instances the event organizer is not obliged to refund the price of your ticket or exchange for another performance.
• The ticket buyer/holder shall be responsible for all tickets after they have been picked up, LOST or DAMAGED tickets will not be entertained.
• No refund on tickets will be made under any circumstances except pursuant to conditions under Event Cancellation or Postponement.
• The event organizer may add, withdraw or substitute artistes and/or vary advertised programmes, event times, seating arrangements and audience capacity without prior notice.
• We bear no responsibility or liability for any loss or damage to your personal property whilst at event.
