All the prices of tickets are including 5% service charge.
The Event is eligible for all Malaysians and foreigners who are recently staying in Malaysia.
The participant must be aged 7 and above by or on the event date.
Kindly choose your category (5km) (Students & Adults) in the registration form. Fake details will not be entertained.
Participants under 13 years old are required to fill in and submit the Parental/Legal Guardian Consent Form during the registration.
For Student Category, kindly upload Student Cards/ any relevant provement on the Portal. Otherwise, your ticket will not be considered under student category.
No privilege for any changes in runner T-shirt size. The participant must fill their T-shirt size according to the size chart during registration.
T-shirt collection on behalf of other individual(s) is only allowed with the showing of ticket as a provement. We will not entertain any distribution of the T-shirt after collection.
Incomplete or inaccurate registration details in the registration form will not be considered.
If the participant provides any information that is untrue, inaccurate or incomplete, we have rightful reason to suspend or terminate the participant’s registration, with no refund.
We will not consider any additional interest or fees charged by the participant’s bank or credit card during the purchase of registration.
No refund is available if the event is cancelled or postponed for reason of force majeure i.e. due to occurrence of incidents that are beyond the control of the Organiser such as Movement Control Order or any kind of limiting Standard Operating Procedures set by government.
If the participant is unable to participate in the event on the date, the entry fee and additional orders that have been paid will not be refunded.
The participants have to agree all the T&C proposed by the organiser as shown below during registration:
Authorization to the Organiser to collect, process, organise and retain personal data relating to the Participant.
The personal data of the Participant, including names, photographs and audio, and/ or visual recording, to be published and displayed for advertising and publicity purposes without compensation and prior notification to the participants of the Event and/ or for statistical analysis for planning and improvement of the Event.
The Participant shall be deemed to have withdrawn from the Event if he/ she withdraws his/ her consent or authorization given at any time before the Event starts.
The participant acknowledges that participation in this event may be physically strenuous and the participant is aware of the nature of the event and associated medical and physical risks involved.
The organisation, content, design, graphics, and other materials related to the Official Website and Official Social Media are protected under applicable copyrights and other proprietary laws
We may engage the services of third parties to process the Participant’s Personal Data in order to ensure the smooth process of organising the Event. For such purposes, participants shall be deemed to have given his/her consent to the transfer of all or any Personal Data to any such third party. All such third parties are contractually obliged not to use the Participant’s Personal Data for any other purpose, other than as specified herein or for the purposes of the Event.
Any updates on the Event including any changes to the Terms and Conditions will be posted on the Official Website. It is the responsibility of the participant to keep him/herself informed of such updates and changes. We will not be liable for any loss or inconvenience caused.
We will not be held accountable in any situation.
We reserve the right to change the Event Date or postpone or cancel the Event for any reason whatsoever including unforeseeable circumstances (i.e. due to occurrence of any incident, condition or event that are beyond the reasonable control of the Organiser and which, in the Organiser’s opinion, renders it impossible or unsafe to hold the Event such as haze, storm, rain, inclement weather, wind, act of God, terrorism or other conditions) at any time without prior notice to the Participant, in which case the organiser will inform the Participant prior to the Event Date.
These terms must be read by the runner’s parent or guardian if the runner is under 18 years old. The MINIMUM AGE for participation in ASHRAE Run 2023 is 6 YEARS OLD. Children below the age of 13 MUST be accompanied by a parent/guardian at all times during the event. Failing to do so, the Organizers reserve the right to refuse entry of any applicant. Please tick the box in the T2U platform once the parent/ guardian already read and agree with these terms. Runners below 18 years old who fail to get approval from parent/ guardian will not be allowed to join the run.
I (Parent/ Guardian of Runner), am willing that the runner should participate in ASHRAE Run 2023 to be held on 28th October 2023 at Universiti Malaya, Malaysia. I understand the nature of the activities at the event may include hectic running and long-distance running and that there are risks associated with these activities.
I HEREBY AUTHORISE the organizers in charge of the event or the activity in which my child is involved, to consent where it is impracticable to communicate with me to the runner receiving such medical or surgical treatment as the organizer may deem necessary at any time during the event. I further authorize the use of an Ambulance and/ or anaesthetic by a qualified practitioner if in his/ her judgment it is necessary. I accept responsibility for payment of all expenses associated with such treatment.
I give permission to the Organizers of ASHRAE Run 2023/ their sponsors to take and store photographs and/ or video footage of the runner to be used in the promotion of our activities in our local community and in the event.
I understand that every effort will be made by the organizers firstly to contact me in the event of any illness or accident. This is not the first time that the runner has been away from home without the company of a parent/ guardian. The information provided is correct.
The runner agrees to abide by the rules and regulations of the youth ministry unit and to participate in all aspects of the event program.
