It is a cry of the young generation of today. The Z-Generation is filled with the explosion of information in this era, yet often lost in self-identity and life purpose. FIREZ Camp is a gathering of the Z-Generation to raise up a young generation that is passionate about life, strong in character and radical about bringing revival to their campuses. It is accomplished by fun and challenging group games, life changing, creative performances and heartfelt sharing with other campers. Years of “it can’t happen” or “you’re too young” have held back so many potentials and opportunities. We need an uprising, a healthy disruption to rebel against the status quo of what the culture dictates. A movement of youths that will lead the nation to see opportunities and dead dreams come to life. The idea is not to change the culture but to start a new culture.

FIREZ camp is a 3 days 2 nights fun and empowering session with games, life skill workshops and inspiring talks. This is a great opportunity to spend time away from home and join a community of peers who, while from different places, share many common life experiences and learn to grow together. There will be team leads and counselors that guid with unconditional acceptance and understanding, as each explores and builds self-confidence.

Terms and conditions of sale

• All tickets are made available on a first come first serve basis.

• Tickets are per pax (or per group for Group Package) and include meals, stays and goodie bags. For extra merchandise and snacks to be purchased during the camp, it shall be excluded and self-voluntary to make such purchase. 

• All purchased tickets are strictly non-refundable, non-transferable and non-deferrable.

• You may purchase tickets as a gift for someone. Please ensure that the attendees’ details are entered correctly at the time of purchase as the attendees will receive their respective e-ticket 3 days before the event day.

What will I receive after payment?

• Every successful purchase will receive an SMS from Ticket2U and emails from Razer Pay and Ticket2U. The emails contain payment confirmation and an e-ticket and embedded QR code.

• The QR code is to be presented for entry at the event.

• For bulk ticket purchases (more than 1 ticket), the corresponding SMS from Ticket2U and emails from Razer Pay and Ticket2U will be sent ONLY to the Primary Purchaser.

• A separate email from FIREZ organizer will be sent to participants for any event updates and for registration procedures. 

COVID 19 safety measures and SOP

• In order to mitigate the transmission of Covid 19, the following guidelines and measures will be implemented so that you may enjoy the camp safely.

• Wearing a face mask is required at all times at the camp venue. No Mask No Entry Policy.

• Please consider your health condition prior to arriving at the venue on camp day.  If you are Covid positive, in quarantine for Covid or have been in close contact with a Covid positive person, or are displaying Covid 19 symptoms, please refrain from coming to the camp. Contact our Ticketing Support for further assistance. Please do a RTK self-test at home in the morning of camp day, do take a picture of the test kit result with names and time of test taken. 

• You are required to take the RTK self-test upon registration. You will be led to the test area by our camp volunteers prior registration, test kit will be provided and you are required to do the test on the spot. You will be granted entry if you are tested Covid-negative. 

• If you are spotted displaying symptoms at the venue, you may be required to visit our medical station for further evaluation.

• Your cooperation to arrive early at the venue will allow for a safe and smooth entry process.

Kids with Special Needs

• Any campers with special needs require special attention, please do make sure to put in the remark in the registration form. FIREZ Camp Organizer will contact the camper to find out more details for arrangements. 

Payment methods

• Ticket2U accepts payment via Local Bank Transfers (FPX), VISA and MASTERCARD credit cards (local and international). AMEX is currently NOT accepted.

• International Customers - please ensure that 3D Secure has been enabled by the issuer of your respective VISA and/or MASTERCARD. Without 3D Secure enabled, your ticket purchase via VISA and/or MASTERCARD may not be successful.

• 3D Secure is an authentication scheme that requires the cardholder to enter an additional password when they make an online purchase. This applies to Visa and Mastercard in any region. Click the links below for further information.
  
  

Disclaimer

• FIREZ 2023 will be captured in both photographs and audio and visual footage. FIREZ 2023 (the organizers) reserve the right to use this material for any purposes in perpetuity.

• The organizers reserve the right to change any of the published details with notice via email, which will be sent to the registered email address provided at the time of ticket purchase.

• Involvement Consent
  I hereby understand that whilst every precaution will be taken to ensure the good welfare and protection of myself; Firez, its staff and volunteers are hereby released from any and all liability in the event of an accident or misfortune, damage or loss that may occur to me and/or my property. 

• Medical Treatment Consent
  In case of emergency, I hereby give permission to the first aid staff to ensure proper treatment for me. I understand that every effort will be made to contact me before instituting such procedures. I agree to pay all such doctor, ambulance and hospital fees incurred on behalf of myself. I have stated any health information about myself that the first aid staff need to know.

• Permission to be Photographed or Filmed
  Permission to be Photographed or Filmed - I give my permission to be photographed or videotaped. I understand that the image may be displayed for both commercial and promotional purposes, limited to church publications, advertisements, resources, programs for broadcast or sale, church buildings or websites.
