TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Only a maximum of 8 tickets is allowed per transaction.
• Ticket buyers and holders must be aged 14 years old and above. No admission for any infants or children under aged 14 years old. 
• All tickets will be sold online and issued electronically only.
• All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges allowed.
• The price stated excludes online processing fees.
• Tickets are non-transferable. Reselling your tickets or purchasing from any platform/ticket seller/ticket scalper is strictly prohibited, such tickets will be rendered invalid. Event Organizer reserves the right to cancel such tickets without compensation and refuses entry to the event.
• Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced or reissued. Your ticket is your responsibility.
• Please keep your booking confirmation as proof of purchase.
• Ticket holders must present MySejahtera vaccination status upon venue entry.
• The event organizer may postpone, cancel and/or relocate the event under unforeseen circumstances and in accordance with prevailing government guidelines.
• The ticket holder shall undertake all risks and dangers which the ticket holder may face while attending the event. The ticket holder accepts that there are risks on the way to, and outside of or within the stadium or venue.

Purchase Information:

• You are responsible for ensuring that your personal information details provided at the time of purchase are correct and current / latest information.
• We are not responsible where incorrect information results in an invalid purchase.
• For successful transactions, E-Ticket will be delivered via email to the purchaser.
• Any tickets not issued by Ticket2U is invalid and not allowed to enter to the event.
• Tickets are non-transferable. Reselling your tickets or purchasing from any platform/ticket seller/ticket scalper is strictly prohibited, such tickets will be rendered invalid. Event Organizer reserves the right to cancel such tickets without compensation and refuses entry to the event.
• Available to fully vaccinated individuals who have, by the event date:
  Completed their vaccination (Pfizer, AstraZeneca, Sinovac).
