Terms & Conditions
By purchasing the ticket to Children's Public Speaking (CPS) Online Training Level 1, from Prosper Events Asia (Formerly known as Ruvela Events & Services - The Organiser) and its appointed Marketing Executives, you (the Purchaser) agree to be bound by the Terms & Conditions of sale specified here in and any other provision as may be specified from time to time:
1. Students are required to participate in all 4 sessions
2. No recorded session will be provided unless requested
3. Entry into the training will only be permitted upon purchase of the seating ticket
4. Early bird price are valid till a date to be announced later
5. Turning on the video during the training is compulsory
6. One ticket permits only one student
7. All training materials are confidential and its rights reserved by the organizer
8. Dissemination of the training material is strictly prohibited
9. The organizer reserves the rights to amend the date and time of the training with a minimum of one day prior notice
10. Prices may vary according to marketing and early bird benefits.
11. NO CANCELLATION, REFUND or ticket EXCHANGE allowed once ticket is sold.
12. No audio or video recording is allowed during the training
13. Upon confirmation of your order for tickets, no exchange of tickets will be made under any circumstances and
tickets are not transferable and may not be resold unless with a written application to the organiser and approved.
14. All ticket payments for ticket purchase must only be made through The Organiser’s official bank account, Ruvela
Events & Services or Ticket2u platform.
15. The link to the training will only be provided to valid ticket purchasers' contacts registered during the purchase
16. No refund on tickets will be made under any circumstances except for a Cancellation from the Organiser
17. The Organizer may postpone, cancel, interrupt or stop the event due to force majeure, adverse weather, dangerous situations, or
any other causes beyond his reasonable control.
18. No refunds will be made for absence during full or any partial period of the event.
19. The resale of tickets at the same or any price in excess of the initial purchase price is prohibited.
20. The Organiser reserves the right without refund or compensation to refuse admission to any persons whose
conduct is disorderly or unbecoming.
21. The Organiser may use the training attendee's image or likeness in any live or recorded video display, photograph or
picture.
22. Information is collected from those registering with The Organiser in order to facilitate ticket purchase or other
services available. This information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of
these conditions.
23. If an event is postponed or cancelled, a Postponement Publicity Notice or a Cancellation Publicity Notice
(collectively, the ”Notices” or individually, a ”Notice”) respectively shall be placed in the media by The Organiser or
it’s PR representatives and marketing executives.
24. The Notices shall advise procedures for requesting a refund and the period and time within which the ticket
holder could request a refund.
