1. Rate is quoted in United States Dollar (USD).
2. Completed registration will be hold for thirty (30) days from the date of your completed registration.
3. Reservation will be released should full payment is not received via the mentioned time frame.
4. A non-refundable policy is applied to all the packages offered.
5. Amendment or cancellation of the reserved package will not entitle for partial or full refund.
6. QR code to be presented upon arrival at the hotel for attendance confirmation.
7. Official congress invoice will be provided within seven days from the payment date.
8. Effective 1st January 2023, Tourism Tax of MYR 10.00 per night will be applicable for all non-Malaysian residing in hotels in Malaysia. This amount will be payable directly to the Hotel upon arrival
9. All payment transaction will be done in Malaysia Ringgit (MYR).
