The Organizer reserves the right to close entries before the deadline without any notice once the race quota is full. Entry forms will only be processed upon receipt of full payment of the entry fee.
The Organizer reserves the right to limit and refuse entries without reason.
The Organizer reserves the right to contact and to interview any applicants by phone or otherwise for additional information required for matters relating to their applications.
REGISTRATION FEES
Price shown is inclusive of processing fees 5% or RM 2 (whichever higher). International registration fees vary according to country zone.
CANCELLATION
After registration, there will be no fee refund for a Participant who does not eventually take part in the race, for any reason whatsoever. All payment made are NON TRANSFERABLE, NON REFUNDABLE AND NON DEFERRABLE.
ENTITLEMENTS

The Organizer reserves the right to change the entitlements to a comparable alternative should there be any unforeseen circumstances.
FINISHER MEDAL
All Participants who successfully complete the run will receive a Finisher's Medal upon the submission of their results. Each Participant is allowed only one medal. All submission of results must be made during the period stated. No requests thereafter will be entertained. Medals are not transferable or exchangeable for cash and are subjected to the T&Cs as determined by the Organizer.
RACE RECORD
Start Running, Walking or Hiking from 31st August 2023 - 16th September 2023. You can use any Run App/Treadmill, to record the distance of your activities, then screenshot the Run/Walk result. Make sure that the record includes the Date, Distance (KM), Time and Pace of your movement. If you run on the treadmill, you may leave out the date. Suggest Apps: [Run Tracker], [Runkeeper], [Runtastic] or your own preference (Speedometer is not allowed) the Treadmill record is allowed, just use your hand phone to snap the result show on the screen.
ACTUAL RUN EVENT
For participant who join our on-feield run event, he/she shall run on the designated route and observe the signage and/or safety regulations
Participant aged below 12 must be supervised by parent or guardian.
The Organisers reserve the right to delay the commencement of the Actual Run in the event of unfavourable weather or forms of acts of God. Should the unfavourable conditions mentioned persist after the delay, deemed to be unsafe or impossible to proceed, the Organiser reserves the right to cancel the actual run without any refunds of fees or donation made.
As this event is for charity, there will no refund of the registration fee in the event that the function has to be cancelled due to unavoidable circumstances beyond the control of the organizers

HEALTH AND SAFETY
Running is not a ‘free risk’ sport and therefore each Participant must ensure his/her health condition, is fit before participating and during the race. Each Participant shall be responsible for his/her own health/condition. The Organizer shall not be responsible for personal injury or death during or after the race. The participant takes part in the event on his/her own risk and will not hold the organiser’s responsible for any unexpected mishaps beyond their control.
The Organizer reserves the right to disallow/ disqualify any person who is known or suspected to be physically unfit to participate in the event.
MEDIA
The Organizer reserves the right to use the names, any photographs, motion pictures, video recordings or any other media records (including those displaying the Participant) of the race taken before, during and after event for purposes of advertising and/or publicity without any prior notice to the applicant/participant and the applicant/participant shall not claim ownership or compensation for the materials.
COLLECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
Your personal data will be/is being collected by Lovely Disabled Home and will be use for the following purposes:=
1. for administrative purposes
2. to send you promotional materials for marketing purposes related to Lovely Disabled Home.
This personal data is obtained when you register in this run. Lovely Disabled Home will not release your data to third parties without your consent.
