Sunway's Got Talent Season 5 Grand Finale

Progressing from the Online Auditions to the Grand Finale stage, witness the Top-10 participants who will strive to dazzle the panel of judges and audience members with their performances on the event day.

1. Grand Finale Details:

   • SGT-S5 Grand Finale will take place on 27th June 2023 (Tuesday) at Jeffrey Cheah Hall, Level 4, Sunway College.   

   • The Grand Finale will commence at 6:00 PM and conclude at 10:00 PM. 

   • The Food Carnival will be open from 10:00 AM to  6:00 PM, at Boulevard at Sunway College. 

   • Doors will be opened for the Grand Finale at 5:30 PM sharp. 

   • Seating on the day is based on a first come, first serve basis. Audiences are encouraged to arrive early to secure preferred seating and enjoy the Food Carnival.

   • All audiences will be entitled to exclusive goodie bags and complementary photobooth.

2. Voting Eligibility

   • Only audiences attending the Grand Finale are eligible to vote.

   • Each ticket code is eligible for one single vote.

   • Each audience (ticket code) is entitled to cast one vote only for their favourite performance of the night.

   • Votes will be casted using a designated voting system which would be displayed on screen at the time of the event.

   • Any attempts to manipulate the voting system or the use of identical ticket codes to cast multiple votes will be defaulted.

3. Lucky Draw Eligibility

   • All audiences are automatically eligible for the lucky draw.

   • Each ticket code results in one entry for the lucky draw.

   • The lucky draw is conducted in the method of “Jackpot Style”.

   • The lucky draw will be conducted live during the event, and winners will be chosen randomly.

   • To claim the lucky draw prize, winners must present their winning ticket and provide necessary identification details.

4. Bundle / Packages Eligibility

   • If the buyer chooses the Twin-Bundle, they will receive two (2) tickets. This would also mean they would be eligible for two (2) voting rights and two (2) lucky draw entries.

   • If the buyer chooses the Quintuple Bundle, they will receive five (5) tickets. This would also mean they would be eligible for five (5) voting rights and five (5) lucky draw entries.

5. Non-Refundable Ticket

   • All ticket purchases made through our platform are non-refundable.

   • Once a ticket is purchased, it cannot be cancelled or refunded under any circumstances.

   • The customer acknowledges and agrees that all sales are final.

   • No refunds or exchanges will be granted for unused or partially used tickets.

   • In the event of cancellation or rescheduling of the event, our liability is limited to providing a replacement ticket for the rescheduled date, if applicable.

   • Any request for a refund or cancellation of a ticket purchase will not be entertained.

   • It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the accuracy of the ticket details before completing the purchase.

   • Lost, stolen, or damaged tickets will not be replaced or refunded.

   • The customer understands that any violation of the terms and conditions may result in the cancellation of the ticket without refund.

6. General Terms and Conditions

   • The event organisers reserve the right to make changes to the terms & conditions, event schedule, talent show lineup, or food carnival offerings without prior notice; for the best interest of the event.

   • Any offensive or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in expulsion from the event without refund.

   • By attending the event, audiences consent to being filmed, photographed, or recorded for promotional purposes.

   • Audiences are responsible for their personal belongings and are encouraged to keep them secured.

   • The event organisers will not be held liable for any loss, injury, or damage to personal property during the event.
