Our Pool Party brings together the hottest music, dazzling lights, Inflatable Park, Extreme Park and the most enthusiastic crowd to create a vibrant and festive night for you.

Jump into our pool, swim to the rhythm of lively music, and dance the night away with your friends. Exciting games and activities await you, ensuring an unforgettable evening.

When will tickets go on sale?

  • Public Sale: Tuesday, 19 August 2023, 12AM (GMT +8)

Who are the performing artiste?

  • 19 August 2023, 4pm - 6pm - DJ DIONNE & DJ KAELY

  • 19 August 2023, 8pm - 12am  - DJ REEVE, DJ GATITA, DJ JANISS

Are there any fan benefits for pass holders?

  • Ticket Holders will be able to rock in the Crazy pen, closer to the music and performing artistes. Free access at all Inflatable facilities within the venue will also be differentiated for all Ticket Holders


Can I choose my preferred seats?

  • No, this is a free-standing event without any reserved seating.

What is the minimum age to attend the event?

  • The minimum age to attend the event is Eighteen (18) years old (as of festival date) with the purchase of a valid pass. Infants in arms and children below Eighteen (18) years old will not be allowed into the festival. 

What time will doors open on festival day?

  •  Administration will open at 12:00 PM (local time).

Can I get a refund if I am unable to attend the concert?

  • No refunds or exchanges are allowed once the transaction has been confirmed.

Can I authorize another person to collect the wristbands on behalf of me?

  • We strongly encourage fans to collect their wristband(s) by themselves. We have a wristband collection counter on festival days, our Event Tours and delivery to verify your e-receipt and NRIC in exchange for the wristband. Please be responsible for your own wristband as any lost or damaged wristbands will not be replaced.

Can I still enter the venue if I am late?

  • Our Pool opens at 4:00 PM (local time) and fans are free to enter the venue on 12pm with a valid wristband. However, we encourage everyone to be on time so that you are able to enjoy the full activities and performances.

Can I bring my own food and drinks?

  • Outside food and beverages are not allowed. F&B booths will be available within the festival venue.

Can you help me verify a ticket I purchased from 3rd party websites or resellers?

  • We would like to advise members of the public against purchasing tickets from strangers or any 3rd parties. By purchasing tickets through non-authorised parties, buyers take on the risk of purchasing an invalid ticket with no refunds possible.

  • The organizer reserves the right to turn away any fans who are deemed unfit to attend this event.
