Sunway University Anime Club and Sunway Music Society, two vibrant university clubs driven by a shared passion for anime and music, have joined forces to bring you "Sunway Za Rocku". Prepare to be swept away by symphonic melodies, scorching guitar solos that pierce the heavens, and stage performances that embody the spirit of anime itself. Come sing along or shake your hips to anthems that have become the soundtrack of beloved anime series and engage with legendary bands familiar in Malaysia’s ACG industry.

Event T&Cs

Ticket Purchase and Entry:

• Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable.

• Lost, stolen, or damaged tickets will not be replaced.

• Tickets are valid only for the specified date, time, and venue.

• The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry or remove individuals from the event for any reason, including but not limited to intoxication, disruptive behavior, or violation of venue rules.

• Purchasers of multiple tickets are solely responsible for all tickets under their purchase.

Age Restrictions:

• Attendees must meet the minimum age of 12 years. Any attendee below the age of 12 years must be accompanied by a guardian/parent.

• Valid identification may be required to verify age at the venue entrance.

Rules and Regulations:

• Attendees must comply with all venue rules and regulations, including but not limited to restrictions on smoking, vaping, or use of unauthorized substances.

• Food and drinks are prohibited inside the hall.

• Attendees may be subject to search upon entry or while inside the venue.

• Any form of harassment, discrimination, or bullying, including but not limited to verbal, physical, or sexual harassment, is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate expulsion from the event.

• All attendees must treat fellow concertgoers, event staff, and performers with respect and courtesy.

Health and Safety:

• Attendees must adhere to any health and safety guidelines provided by the event organizers, including but not limited to COVID-19 protocols, if applicable.

• Attendees are responsible for their own well-being and are encouraged to take necessary precautions to ensure their health during the event.

Prohibited Items:

• Weapons, illegal substances, professional recording equipment, or any item that may pose a risk to attendees or disrupt the event are prohibited in the Hall.

• The organizer reserves the right to conduct security checks and confiscate prohibited items.

Event Changes or Cancellations:

• The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the event, including but not limited to date, time, venue, or lineup, without prior notice.

• In the event of cancellation or rescheduling, the organizer will provide information regarding refunds or ticket exchanges in the form of emails or social media updates.

Liability:

• Attendees acknowledge that they assume all risks and responsibilities for any injury, loss, or damage to personal property that may occur during the event.

• The organizer, venue, and related parties are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage unless caused by their negligence or intentional act.

Photography and Recording:

• Attendees are allowed to take personal photos or videos for non-commercial use.

• Unauthorized professional recording or photography equipment is strictly prohibited.

Violation of any of the above terms and conditions may result in immediate expulsion from the event without refund. The event organizers reserve the right to take legal action or involve law enforcement in cases of severe violations or criminal behavior.
