*All ticket prices are excluding of RM4 processing fee and Optional RM10 ticket printing fee
*Views are Restricted at Block 408 and Block 416
*This is a fully seated event, all seats are auto-selected based on the best availability at the time of purchase.

Terms and Conditions

• Only a maximum of 6 tickets is allowed per transaction.
• All tickets are subject to a RM4.00 Ticketing Fee per ticket. Optional Physical Ticket is available at RM10 Printing Fee per ticket
• All tickets will be sold online and issued electronically only.
• All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges are allowed.
• Once a Block is selected for purchase, seats are auto-selected based on the best availability at the time of purchase. Kindly confirm before proceeding with payment. Kindly refer to the final seat allocation (if any) via email.
• This is a Fully seated concert. 
• Strictly NO re-entry once enter the venue.
  
• Ticket buyers and holders must be above the age of 6 years old.
• Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian at all times and have purchased a valid ticket.
• Tickets are non-transferable. Reselling is strictly prohibited. All tickets will be rendered as invalid if resold.
• Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced or reissued. Your ticket is your responsibility
• By purchasing tickets through Ticket2U, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions stated.
• Kindly present the printed ticket or online e-ticket QR code for verification purposes upon registration on the event day.
• The event organizer may postpone, cancel and/or relocate the event under unforeseen circumstances and in accordance with prevailing government guidelines.

NO RE-ENTRY POLICY 

• Please keep in mind that re-entry is not allowed to the concert and event area, regardless of your ticket category. Once you enter the venue, you cannot leave and enter again.
• The Organizer/promoter reserves the right to take action to prohibit entry to the venue for an actual ticket/wristband with QR Code that has been used previously by others.

Purchase Information:

• You are responsible for ensuring that your personal information details provided at the time of purchase are correct and current / latest information.
• We are not responsible where incorrect information results in an invalid purchase.
• For successful transactions, E-Ticket will be delivered via email to the Ticket Buyer's registered email address. 
• Please keep your booking confirmation as proof of purchase. 
• Available to fully vaccinated individuals who have, by the event date:
  Completed their vaccination (Pfizer, AstraZeneca, Sinovac).
• All other ticketings, venue & event entry terms & conditions apply.
• The ticket holder shall undertake all risks and dangers which the ticket holder may face while attending the event. The ticket holder accepts that there are risks on the way to, and outside of or within the stadium or venue.
