TRE: Tension and Trauma Release Exercises involves a series of simple stretching and fatigue exercises to warm up and tire the body enough to engage in Neurogenic Tremors or Natural Healing Shakes.
The Neurogenic Tremors allows the body to Release past unprocessed Tensions, Trauma and Stressors that has been trapped in the body's sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous system.
This whole process is a self regulated exercise where I guide you to listen and feel into your body into your own levels of fatigue, comfort and safety while being entirely present and in control of your experience the entire time.
You are the master of your Release.
