All tickets will be sold online and issued electronically only.
Only a maximum of 10 tickets is allowed per transaction.
No refunds or exchange of tickets will be made under any circumstances.
Re-Selling is prohibited. All ticket will be rendered as invalid if resold.
No Refunds - All sales are final; no refunds or exchange allowed at any circumstances
No food and drinks allowed inside the venue or event hall.
Infant and children under the age of 7 are not allowed to attend the event. Any persons above the age of 7 must have purchased a valid ticket and accompanied by an adult aged 18 years old and above.
Adult Ticket holders are responsible to take note of any entry conditions or restrictions imposed on minimum children admission age.
Purchase Information:
You are responsible for ensuring that your contact information (Such as email and personal detail provided at the time of purchase is correct and current/latest information.
We are not responsible where incorrect information result in an undelivered ticket.
For successful transactions, E-ticket will be delivered via email to the purchaser.
This event is a free standing and seating in designated zones except Sponsors, VVIP, and VIP. It is advisable to come early. Standing and sitting is on first come first basis. Organizer is not responsible for any dispute due to standing arrangements.
Kindly present the printed confirmation or online QR code for verification purposes upon registration on the event day
Organizer reserves the rights to make any adjustment to the event.
In the event of any change of the Identity Card(s) submitted during the online purchase, the current valid Identity Card must be produced before Ticket2u customer service agents or any such authorized personnel in order to get registered. Ticket2u/Organizer customer service reserve the right to request for further confirmation or documents to verify the ID of the purchaser. In the event the confirmation or documents provided are insufficient to verify the ID of the purchaser, Ticket2u/Organizer ground floor staff reserve the absolute right to refuse for hall entry.
A valid e-ticket must be produced to get into the event venue. Removing any part of and/or, altering and/or defacing the e-ticket are considered as invalidate ticket.
Ticket2u will not be responsible for any ticket that is lost, stolen or destroyed.
In the event of duplicate access found on the event day, you are required to show the purchase proves. Fail to provide required evident, you are required to leave the hall.
Purchase from Unauthorised Sources / Refusal of Admission
Purchase of ticket shall only be made in our designated Ticketing Partner website at https://www.ticket2u.com.my(“Website”). Any ticket purchased from third party considered as invalid and nullified ticket.
Ticket2u/Organizer reserves the right not to refund any amount paid, to refuse the admission into hall and/or asked to leave the venue due to bad behaviour and not comply with the rules and regulations.
Delay & Postponement
Ticket2u/Organizer does not allow any exchange or cancellation of tickets under any circumstances and tickets sold are neither transferrable nor refundable unless otherwise permitted under paragraph below.
In the event of postponement, the ticket purchased for the original event date may be applicable and valid for the new event date unless otherwise notified.
Cancellation
Organizer reserves the right to postpone, cancel, interrupt or stop the event due to adverse weather, dangerous situations, or any other causes beyond its reasonable control.
In the event any of the performing group is unable to attend or participate, and beyond its organizer’s reasonable control, no refund can be claimed under any circumstances
Ticket2u/Organizer reserves the rights to change or amend any terms and conditions at any time at its sole and absolute discretion without prior notice.
Consent
During the Event (including entry into the Event), the ticket holder agrees to submit to any search for any prohibited items including but not limited to weapons, controlled, dangerous and illegal substances and recording devices.
Assumption of Risk
The ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risk and danger incidental to the Event whether occurring prior to, during or subsequent to the actual Event, including but not limited to any death, personal injury, loss, damage or liability.
Changes to Event
Organizer reserves the right to withdraw, replace, add or substitute any panel member / performers’ and or vary advertised programmes, event times, seating arrangements and audience capacity without prior notice.
Organizer reserves the right to postpone, cancel, interrupt or stop the event due to adverse weather, dangerous situations, or any other causes beyond its reasonable control.
Recording/ Audiotaping
No photography, audio or video recording is allowed during the Event.
Amendments
Ticket2u/Organizer reserves the rights to supplement, add, change or amend any of these terms and conditions at any time and at its sole and absolute discretion without prior notice.

COVID 19 SAFE MEASURES & CONDITIONS
In order to mitigate the transmission of Covid 19, the following guidelines and measures will be implemented so that you may enjoy the show safely.
Only fully vaccinated individuals who have completed 14 days after 2 doses of vaccine (Pfizer, Astra Zeneca, Sinovac), or 28 days after 1 dose of vaccine (Johnson & Johnson, CanSino) will be allowed entry.
Please consider your health condition prior to arriving at the venue on event day. If you are Covid positive, in quarantine for Covid or have been a close contact with a Covid positive person, or are displaying Covid 19 symptoms, please refrain from coming to the venue. Contact our Ticketing Support for further assistance.
If you are spotted displaying symptoms at the venue, you may be required to visit our medical station for further evaluation prior to being allowed entry.
Your cooperation to arrive early at the venue will allow for a safe and smooth entry process.
