TERMS & CONDITIONS 

1. Official Jilid Akhir: Ella  Puteri Kota Penang merchandise can be purchased at www.hitmanlive.com from 11 September 2023 to 14 October 2023.
2. If you choose to collect your merchandise  —  Merchandise collection will take place at SPICE Arena, Penang on 28th October 2023 from 5PM - 11PM at the Merchandise Collection Counter.
3. The collection is only available for valid ticket holders and must show proof of purchase.
4. Any merchandise that is not collected on the event day will be counted as a void purchase. No refunds and delivery options will be available.

5. Kindly provide proof of purchase confirmation (physical or virtual copy) when collecting the merchandise.
6. The price of the merchandise is not inclusive of the processing fee. All prices are subject to a 6% processing fee.

7. Purchased items are not refundable or exchangeable for cash.
8. The sizes and quantities are pre-selected upon purchase and are considered final. No exchanges are allowed. Please include all details as requested. Missing information will not be accepted.

9. The Organisers reserve the right to make changes to the product colour, design, details, size, quality & collection method without any prior notice.
10. The pictures shown are for illustration purposes only. The actual colour of the item may vary from the colour shown in the pictures.
11. Subject to other ticketing and venue terms & conditions. By placing an order with us, you have agreed to the terms and conditions as listed.

1. Official Jilid Akhir: Ella  Puteri  Kota  Penang merchandise can be purchased at www.hitmanlive.com from 11 September 2023 to 14 October 2023.
2. For non-ticket holders who have made a merchandise purchase, please note that only delivery is available. Collection at the event is prohibited. Please include all details requested for smooth delivery. No refunds will be available.

3. Delivery of merchandise will only commence after Jilid Akhir: Ella Puteri Kota Penang concert on the 28th of October 2023. Delivery will take up to 7-14 working days. Limited to Malaysia only.
4. The shipping fee will be RM10 for Peninsular Malaysia and RM20 for East Malaysia.

5. The price of the merchandise is not inclusive of the processing fee. All prices are subject to a 6% processing fee.

6. Purchased items are not refundable or exchangeable for cash.
