* This event is open for public registration. All registrations are non-refundable.
* The Organiser reserves the right to use any photograph, motion picture, recording, or any other record of this race and its participants for school prohibitions
* The Organiser reserves the right to cancel or postpone the event without any prior notification, in which case, the fees are non-refundable.
* T-shirt once selected is NOT EXCHANGEABLE so kindly refer to size chart before selecting.
* Race pack collection will be on mentioned date. Any unclaim race pack will be forfeited. No collection on event day.
* If participants are unable to collect their Race Pack in person, they may authorize a representative to collect on behalf with presented the registration confirmation slip.
* All completed 5km participant will be entitle Finisher Medal & Goodie Bag.
* All participants shall remain Race Bib for lucky draw.
* Food trucks, drinks and foods is available for purchase on event time.
* While every reasonable precaution will be taken by The Organiser to ensure participants' safety, participants take part at their own risks and The Organiser shall not be liable for any loss and/or damage, whether personal or otherwise, and howsoever arising.
* Should any participant feel unwell in the course of the race, he/she should stop and seek immediate medical attention at designated medical posts.
