2. Ticket registration is until 10pm only. Please arrive before that to check in.
3. All tickets sold are final sales. All tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
4. Age below 21 years old are strictly not allowed for entry. Ticket holder must be above the age of 21 years old.
5. All tickets will be sold online at Ticket2U only.
6. All tickets are strictly non-transferable and will be rendered as invalid if resold.
7. Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced or reissued.
8. Please ensure that all information provided during the purchase are correct and accurate with latest personal details.
9. Incorrect information will result to invalid purchase.
10. E-Ticket will be sent to buyer via email once transaction is successful.
11. Please keep your booking confirmation as proof of purchase.
12. Security checking will be implemented before the entry.
13. The event organizer reserves the right to cancel, reschedule and/or relocate the event under unforeseen circumstances and in accordance with prevailing government guidelines.
14. As attendees of GWP 2023, we expect all festival-goers to embrace the spirit of unity, respect, and positivity. Our code of conduct promotes a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone, where harassment, discrimination, and disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. 
15. Attendees acknowledge and voluntarily assume all risks related to attending the festival, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, and any unforeseen circumstances. Attendees hereby release GWP 2023 from any liability or claims arising from such risks, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
16. Personal data collected during ticket purchased will be used and protected, in compliance with data protection regulations.
17. GWP 2023 retains all intellectual property rights related to the event, including photographs and recordings.
18. Weapons, glass, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited.
19. No outside food and drinks are allowed to enter.
20. GWP 2023 reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions without any prior notice.

Event registration/ Wristband collection:

1. One QR code is entitled to One wristband only.
2. Wristband is to be redeemed before entry at the registration counter.
3. Your wristband is your responsibility. Any lost, stolen or damaged wristband will not be replaced.
