Southeast Asian Biosphere Reserves Network (SeaBRnet) is a regional effort focused on fostering collaboration and partnership among biosphere reserves in Southeast Asia. Biosphere reserves are designated areas acknowledged within the UNESCO Man and the Biosphere Programme (MAB), with a primary mission to advance sustainable development, preserve biodiversity, and facilitate scientific exploration. We are pleased to extend a warm welcome to all delegates, who will be gathering at the Hilton Hotel in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, Malaysia, from November 13th to 15th, 2023. Sabah eagerly awaits your arrival!

The 14th Southeast Asian Biosphere Reserves Network (SeaBRnet) Meeting and International Conference

Terms and Conditions:

1. Invitation Only: Participation in the 14th SeaBRnet Meeting is by invitation only. Invitations are non-transferable and are intended for the invited individual or organization only.

2. Event Details: The 14th SeaBRnet Meeting will be held in Hilton Hotel, Kota Kinabalu, Sabah from 13-15 November 2023. 


3. No Registration Fee: There is no registration fee for attending the 14th SeaBRnet Meeting.

4. Confirmation of Attendance: All invited participants are required to confirm their attendance using the provided RSVP.

5. Cancellation or Changes: If, for any reason, an invited participant is unable to attend, they are kindly requested to inform the organizers as soon as possible to manage event logistics effectively.

6. Travel and Accommodation: Participants are responsible for their own travel and accommodation arrangements. Information regarding recommended accommodation options will be provided in the official invitation for the convenience of attendees.

7. Liability: The organizers of the 14th SeaBRnet Meeting are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage to individuals or property that may occur during the event.

8. Photography and Recordings: By attending the event, participants agree to be photographed, videotaped, or recorded during the event. The organizers may use these images and recordings for event documentation and promotional purposes.

9. Code of Conduct: Participants are expected to adhere to a code of conduct promoting a respectful and inclusive environment during the event. Any form of harassment or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
