Event Terms and Conditions:
1. Prices includes all taxes and fees.
2. No printed tickets will be given, just require showing the e-ticket to admit the entrance/attendance of the event.
3. Symbolized item will be given on the event day for in and out of the event.
4. All e-tickets are non-refundable, regardless of the reason, but replacement can be an optional solution for any unprecedented circumstances.
5. The organizer has their rights to amend any details of the events according to the circumstance's changes.
6. E-ticket bookers are giving consent to the organizer to take photo of the participants on the event day, and they might publish it to any platform used for proper purpose.
7. You understand your data will be held securely and will not be distributed to third parties except circumstances required.
8. The Mall Management will not be liable/responsible for any accident, injury, damage occurring while playing Hey-Spook Halloween Charity Carnival.
Rules & Regulations:
1. Children aged twelve (12) and below must be accompanied by a responsible parent/guardian/adult at all times.
2. Each participant will be given one (1) Stamp Card. Upon successful completion of the card game, one stamp will be earned for each round.
3. Collection of two (2) stamps will be entitled for a Mystery Treat.
4. Improper use of game booths is prohibited.
5. No running, pushing and shoving.
6. Kindly abide to the rules and regulations of the game booth.
