   - Your voucher is exclusively valid for the specified package, thoughtfully detailed in the event description.

   - Please be aware that tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable unless otherwise explicitly stated.

   - We kindly request that all attendees arrive 15 minutes before the departure at the designated boarding location. We will depart on time. Latecomers, unfortunately, may not be able to board, and refunds will not be provided.
