back, he unwittingly drifts away from his closest friends, who feel neglected and
hurt by his relentless pursuit.

These Ticket Sales Terms and Conditions govern the purchase and use of tickets for Campus Festival 23 | Sebenarnya Remastered provided by Theatre Arts of Multimedia University in collaboration with University Peers Group. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Ticket Purchase
1.1 Ticket Availability: Tickets are subject to availability and are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
1.2 Price: The price of the ticket is as specified on Ticket2u platform as well as Theatre Arts of Multimedia's Instagram page - @tamucyb. All prices are in RM and inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
1.3 Payment: Payment for tickets can be made using any approved online transaction methods.
2. Ticket Delivery
2.1 E-Tickets: Tickets may be delivered electronically through email or made
available for download through our website.
2.2 Physical Tickets: Physical tickets, if available, will be mailed to the address
provided during the purchase. Shipping fees may apply.
3. Refunds and Exchanges
3.1 NO REFUNDS: All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds unless the
Event is canceled.
3.2 Event Cancellation: If the Event is canceled, we will provide information on our
social media platforms on how to obtain a refund.
4. Event Admission
4.1 Ticket Validity: Your ticket is valid only for the specific date and time stated on
the ticket.

4.2 Identification: Attendees will be required to display a QR Code that will be
provided after a successful purchase during admission. Failure to do so may result
in denial of entry.
5. Event Changes
5.1 Date/Time Changes: The Company reserves the right to change the date, time,
or venue of the Event. In such cases, you will be informed, and your ticket will
remain valid for the rescheduled Event.
6. Conduct
6.1 Respectful Conduct: Attendees must behave in a respectful and lawful manner
at the Event. Event staff and committee reserves the right to deny entry or remove
individuals who disrupt the Event.
6.2 Attendees are PROHIBITED to bring these items;

7. Liability
7.1 Disclaimer: Theatre Arts of Multimedia University is not responsible for any
loss, injury, or damage to persons or property during the Event.

8. Privacy
8.1 Data Privacy: The Company may collect and process your personal data as
described in our Privacy Policy.
By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms. If you do not
