TERMS & CONDITIONS:

• Only a maximum of 6 tickets is allowed per transaction.
• All tickets are subject to a RM4.00 Ticketing Fee per ticket. 
• All tickets will be sold online and issued electronically only.
• All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges are allowed.
• Ticket buyers and holders must be above the age of 12 years old.
• Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian at all times and have purchased a valid ticket.
• Tickets are non-transferable. Reselling is strictly prohibited. All tickets will be rendered as invalid if resold.
• Lost, broken or stolen tickets/wristbands will not be replaced or reissued. Your ticket/wristband is your responsibility.
• By purchasing tickets through Ticket2U, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions stated.
• Kindly present the printed ticket or online e-ticket QR code for verification purposes upon registration on the event day.
• The event organizer may postpone, cancel and/or relocate the event under unforeseen circumstances and in accordance with prevailing government guidelines.

PURCHASE INFORMATION:

• You are responsible for ensuring that your personal information details provided at the time of purchase are correct and current / latest information.
• We are not responsible where incorrect information results in an invalid purchase.
• For successful transactions, E-Ticket will be delivered via email to the Ticket Buyer's registered email address. 
• Please keep your booking confirmation as proof of purchase.
• All other ticketings, venue & event entry terms & conditions apply.
• The ticket holder shall undertake all risks and dangers which the ticket holder may face while attending the event. The ticket holder accepts that there are risks on the way to, and outside of or within the stadium or venue.
