The IWA Malaysia Young Water Professionals Conference, organized by the Universiti Teknologi Malaysia will take place from 17th March to the 20th March 2015 at the Vivatel Kuala Lumpur in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The conference will cover areas like Water Science and Technology, Water Supply or Water Practice and Technology.
Speakers:
- Gustaf Olsson
Gustaf Olsson is a Professor in Industrial Automation and since 2006 Professor Emeritus at Lund University, Sweden. He has devoted his research to control and automation in water systems, electrical power and process industries.
- Masafumi Goto
Masafumi Goto is a Professor at Malaysia-Japan International Institute of Technology, UTM International Campus since 2013. He has over 30 years of experience in various projects on bioremediation for contaminated ground water, microbial production of hydrgen from organic waste, two-stage methane-hydrogen production system, biogasification of agricultural wastes, bio-alcohol production from cellulose, non-catalytic BDF production among others prior being involved with Japan Bio-Plastic Association in 2006. He was elected as the Vice President of Japan Bio-Plastic Association from 2007-2008.
