The Copthorne Cameron “The Journey Across Farmland” Run, is a 7 km non-competitive fun run at the vicinity of Kea Farm surrounding Copthorne Hotel Cameron Highlands. Of the 7 km, 3.5 km will be tarmac road and the remaining 3.5 km will be trail through vegetable garden plots that Kea Farm and Cameron Highlands are famous for. The route takes you through the vegetable garden that was the set of the local movie “The Journey”.
It is open to participants aged 12 and above at RM65 nett per person​ and promotes the beauty and serenity of Cameron Highlands and the event is officially endorsed by the Ministry of Tourism Malaysia. The theme of the fun run is ‘experiencing our vegetable gardens’ and participants can buy vegetables and garden produce after the run at the stalls. The highlight of the run will be a free style unlimited photo taking of sceneries along the route of the run to win exclusive prizes. Photos taken should be posted on a facebook event page and the Top 5 photos with the most “LIKES” from 12th till 19th April 2015 will win exclusive prizes.
