Terms and Conditions of Participation*

1. All Interested Participants are encouraged to Pre-Register the for the event.  Pre-registration gives you the priority to secure a seat for the event activities. Walk-in Registrations are also available on the event day (located in front of Village Grocer).

2. All Registrants will receive an e-ticket on your registered email upon successful registration.

3. Pre-registration does not guarantee a seat. It will be on a First-Come, First-Served basis for all pre-registrants. 

4. All Registrants to be present at the admission gate of the workshops at least 15 mins prior to the activity start time for e-ticket validation purposes. Entry to the activity will be closed once all seats are taken.

5. The Organiser does not warrant the success of the Event nor whether the Registrants will benefit from participating in the Event and the Registrants agree to hold the Organiser harmless in the event the Event does not meet its expectations.

6. The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify Participants who eligibility is in question or who is otherwise not eligible to participate in the event if there are participants who violates these terms and conditions, interfere with the operation of the event, or engage in any conduct that is considered detrimental or not just to the Organizer or any other party (in each case determined at the absolute discretion of the Organiser) are subject to disqualification for admission or participation in event.

7. The Organiser will not in any event be held responsible for any loss or damages whatsoever as a result of any restrictions or conditions or for the failure of any service normally provided or for amendments or alterations to all or any of the ‘Terms & Conditions caused by any circumstance not within the Organiser's control.
