GETTING TO MAEPS

By Car:

If you’re driving to MAEPS, enter through Gate 1 of MAEPS:


By Shuttle Bus:

  • There are alternative parking locations around the Serdang areas, with free shuttles to MAEPS:
    • Lobby, Moxy Putrajaya – the hotel is next to IOI City Mall
    • L3 Main Entrance, The Mines Shopping Center – the location is next to Starbucks Drive-thru and Secret Recipe
  • Shuttles leave the above locations from 10am on public days (22-26 May 2024)
    • Buses depart once every hour on the 25th and 26th May 2024
    • Buses depart once every two hours on 22nd, 23rd and 24th May 2024
    • Last bus from MAEPS on all days is at 9pm.

 

By Train & Grab:

MAEPS can be reached through by Grab, from the nearest KTM Komuter station (Serdang) or ERL (Putrajaya).

By Grab: 

Autoshow visitors using e-hailing services can be dropped at the Grab Drop-off Area located at Laman Tiba, after entering MAEPS through Gate 1. Please inform our staff that you are using an e-hailing services.Grab users can search “MAEPS” and choose the “Pickup & Drop Off” as your destination (refer below)

PARKING

Parking for cars:

  • Parking is available at MAEPS, but may not accommodate everyone. Head to Gate 1, MAEPS and follow the signs to access the car parking area (refer to the map for details)
  • Parking fee is RM5 per car/per day, payable only by Touch N Go
  • Cars with valid OKU stickers may park at the OKU parking lot, please inform our staff to direct you to the parking. (Parking fee is free for OKU)

 

Parking for motorcycles:

  • Parking for motorcycles is available at MAEPS, but may not accommodate everyone. Head to Gate 1, MAEPS and follow the signs to access the motorcycle parking area (refer to the map for details)
  • Motorcycles with valid OKU stickers may park at the OKU parking lot, please inform our staff to direct you to the parking.
  • Helmet check-in services are available on the Autoshow grounds for your convenience at the motorcycle parking at RM1 per helmet (subject to availability of storage space). Look for the signs that say “Helmet check in”.

 

ONCE You’re in MAEPS and Malaysia Autoshow 2024

  • Once you have parked, you may walk to the nearest Autoshow tram station to board the trams that will take you to the Laman Tiba. Estimated interval between trams is 15 minutes.
  • There will be 2 lanes at the ticketing counter:
    • Fast Lane/Special Lane (for online ticket purchases with QR code)
    • Purchase Tickets (For on-site ticket purchase)
  • Once you’re in the Malaysia Autoshow, speak to our guides should you need assistance!
  • Download the Malaysia Autoshow App to access information on attractions, getting around the show and participate in our lucky draws and other activities (more than RM500,000 worth of prizes to be won!).

IMPORTANT: MyKad/MyKid/OKU card or identification card must be presented at the ticket counter on the day of the event for age verification purposes to be entitled to a complimentary/free ticket. If a visitor fails to present their identification card, they will be required to purchase a full-rate entry ticket.

  1. All tickets will be sold online and issued electronically only. 
  2. No refunds or exchange of tickets will be made under any circumstances. 
  3. Children aged 9 and below AND seniors above 60 years old can enter for free by providing their MyKad/MyKid at the Ticketing Counter. If they fail to present their MyKad/MyKid, we shall consider it as a full-rate entry ticket purchase.
  4. Individuals with an OKU card must redeem their ticket at the venue and present their OKU card for verification to be entitled to a free ticket. If they fail to present their OKU card, we will consider it as a full-rate entry ticket purchase.
  5. Students are entitled to a 50% discount when they purchase their tickets at the cash counter at the venue. Students must present their student ID to be allowed in. If they fail to do so, they must purchase a full-price ticket.
  6. This ticket grants you access to the event on any of the scheduled days. However, please note that it is valid for a single entry only.
  7. Adult Ticket holders are responsible to take note of any entry conditions or restrictions imposed on minimum children admission age.
  8. Please ensure that the ticket purchase under you does not share to any other third party 
  9. For those who purchase on behalf for your friend/family please make sure the ticket only given to the right person.
  10. For multiple ticket purchaser, you are solely responsible for all the ticket under your purchase. 
  11. In the event of any change of the Identity Card(s) submitted during the online purchase, the current valid Identity Card must be produced before Ticket2u customer service agents or any such authorized personnel in order to be registered. Ticket2u/Organizer customer service reserve the right to request for further confirmation or documents to verify the ID of the purchaser. In the event the confirmation or documents provided are insufficient to verify the ID of the purchaser, Ticket2u/Organizer ground floor staff reserve the absolute right to refuse for hall entry.
  12. The purchaser must be able to show, for registration purposes, the e-confirmation verification sent to the purchaser and a clear soft copy of the Identity card submitted online during the ticket purchase online. On ground access control procedure and method are bound by the Terms & Conditions of sale specified here in and any other provision as may be specified from time to time. 
  13. Purchasers MUST show their original Identity Card and confirmation email with QR code upon collection. In the event the confirmation or documents provided are insufficient to verify the ID of the individual and/or purchaser, Organizer reserves the absolute right to refuse ticket holder to entry the hall. 
  14. Third party are not allowed to entry the event hall.
  15. A valid QR code ticket must be produced to get into the event venue. Removing any part of and/or, altering and/or defacing the QR code may invalidate the ticket. 
  16. The resale of tickets is strictly prohibited. Ticket2u reserves the right to cancel any tickets that have been found resold. 
  17. Ticket2u will not be responsible for any ticket that is lost, stolen or destroyed. 
  18. if in the case of duplicate access on the event day, you are require showing the prove of purchase, if fail to provide require evident, no entry will be allowed.
  19. Ownership or possession of the ticket does not confer any rights (by implication or otherwise) on the purchaser to use, alter, copy and/or otherwise deal with any of the symbols, trademarks, logos and/or intellectual property appearing on the ticket.
  20. Information is collected from those registering with ticket2u in order to facilitate ticket or other services available. The information is collected and used in accordance with our Private Policy. 
  21. The information collected from those registering with ticket2u in order for marketing promotion will be processed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Notice Policy. By registering, the Registrant provide his/her consent to ticket2u / concert organiser in processing their information and permits sponsors, partners and/or authorised parties to contact Registrant to receive marketing materials and communications for future events, promotions and any other marketing and promotional activities.
  22. Purchase from Unauthorised Sources / Refusal of Admission
    • Purchase of ticket shall only be made in our designated website at https://www.ticket2u.com.my/(“Website”), Any Ticket purchased from any other source may be unauthorised copies and purchaser(s) may be refused admittance to the Event.
    • In the event that the purchaser provides false or incorrect data when making the purchase, the purchaser may be barred from attending the Event.
    • Ticket2u/Organizer reserves the right, without refund of any amount paid, to refuse the admission to, and/or eject any person whose behaviour does not comply with the rules and regulations set forth by us and/or the venue.
  23. Tickets are non-transferable and cannot be resold. All Ticket will be rendered as invalid if resold. 
  24. Weather condition 
    • If this is an indoor event , it will not be impacted by raining.
    • If this is an outdoor event , it might be under raining.
    • The show will continue if there are raining .
  25. Delay & Postponement
    • Ticket2u does not allow any exchange or cancellation of tickets under any circumstances and tickets sold are neither transferrable nor refundable unless otherwise permitted under paragraph below.
    • In the event of postponement, the ticket purchased for the original event date may be applicable and valid for the new event date unless otherwise notified.
    • Organizer reserves the right to postpone, cancel, interrupt or stop the event due to adverse weather, dangerous situations, or any other causes beyond its reasonable control.
  26. Cancellation 
    • Organizer reserves the right to postpone, cancel, interrupt or stop the event due to adverse weather, dangerous situations, or any other causes beyond its reasonable control.
    • In the event any of the performing group is unable to attend or participate, and beyond its organizer’s reasonable control, no refund can be claimed under any circumstances 
    • Ticket2u/Organizer reserves the rights to change or amend any terms and conditions at any time at its sole and absolute discretion without prior notice.
  27. Consent
    • During the Event (including entry into the Event), the ticket holder agrees to submit to any search for any prohibited items including but not limited to weapons, controlled, dangerous and illegal substances and recording devices.
  28. Assumption of Risk
    • The ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risk and danger incidental to the Event whether occurring prior to, during or subsequent to the actual Event, including but not limited to any death, personal injury, loss, damage or liability.
  29. Changes to Event
    • Organizer reserves the right to withdraw, replace, add or substitute any artists/performers’ and or vary advertised programs, event times, seating arrangements and audience capacity without prior notice. 
    • Organizer reserves the right to postpone, cancel, interrupt, or stop the event due to adverse weather, dangerous situations, or any other causes beyond its reasonable control.
  30. Amendments
    • Ticket2u/Organizer reserves the right to supplement, add, change, or amend any of these terms and conditions at any time and at its sole and absolute discretion without prior notice.
