General Sales Conditions 

1. All ticket holders need a valid ticket to enter the event. One (1) ticket admits one (1) person only. 
2. All ticket valid for the whole day event (2 PM - 11:30 PM) 
3. For attendees in the designated seating zone, seating numbers will be assigned during wristband collection at the redemption counter, which opens at 11 am on the event day. Seating in the free zone is on a first-come, first-served basis.

4. All tickets will be sold online and issued electronically.

5. One (1) ID can be used to purchase up to ten (10) tickets per transaction.

6. The ticket price shall be the price set at the time the ticket order is accepted. The ticket price is subject to handling fees, ticketing fees & etc.

7. Once the tickets are sold, no exchange, cancellation or refund is allowed under any circumstances.

8. The resale of tickets is strictly prohibited. The Organiser(s) reserves the right to cancel any tickets found to have been resold; tickets are non-transferable and will be rendered invalid if resold.

9. Tickets purchased from unauthorised ticket sellers or scalpers will be counted as void.

10. Removing, altering, and/or defacing any part of the QR code may invalidate the ticket.

11. The Organiser(s) will not be held responsible for any ticket that is lost, stolen, or destroyed.  

12. No admission for any infants or children age below 12 years old. Child aged between 12 - 15 years old MUST BE accompanied by an adult.

13. For multiple ticket purchases on behalf of friends and/or family,

    • You are solely responsible for all the tickets under your purchase

    • Please ensure the ticket is given only to the right recipient and is not shared with any other third-party.

14.  In the event of any change in the Identity Card(s) submitted during the online purchase, the current valid Identity Card must be produced before the Ticket2u customer service agents or any authorised personnel can make necessary amendments. Ticket2u/Organiser customer service reserves the right to request further confirmation or documents to verify the ID of the purchaser. If the provided confirmation or documents are insufficient to verify the ID of the purchaser, Ticket2u/Organiser’s ground floor staff reserve the absolute right to refuse for entry.

15. The purchaser must be able to show, for registration purposes, the e-confirmation verification sent to the purchaser and a clear soft copy of the Identity Card submitted online during the ticket purchase. On-ground access control procedures and methods are bound by the Terms & Conditions of sale specified herein and any other provisions as may be specified from time to time.

16. Third parties are not allowed to enter the event hall.

17. In the event of duplicate access on the event day, the purchaser is required to provide proof of purchase. Failure to provide sufficient evidence will result in denied entry.

Wristband Collection 

1. All participants are required to arrive at the wristband redemption counter at least THREE (3) hours before the scheduled showtime. Failure to do so may result in delayed entry or denial of access to the event.
2. The wristband redemption counter will open at 11 am on the event day, located in front of the venue's main entrance.
3. Purchasers MUST present their original Identity Card and confirmation email with QR code upon Wristband collection. In the event that the provided confirmation or documents are insufficient to verify the ID of the individual and/or purchaser, the Organiser reserves the absolute right to deny entry to the hall to the ticket holder.
4. Upon entry, attendees will be provided with a wristband that must be worn at all times during the event.
5. Lost, stolen, or damaged wristbands will not be replaced.
6. Tampered or removed wristbands will result in denied entry.

Re-Entry Policy 

1. Re-entry is allowed as long as the attendee has the original, intact wristband.
2. Attendees must present their wristband and ticket for re-entry.
3. Re-entry is subject to security checks.

Free Seating & Free Standing Zone 

1. There will be a designated free seating zone with no guarantee that attendees can sit together.
2. Seating in the free zone is on a first-come, first-served basis.
3. Attendees are encouraged to arrive early if they prefer specific seating arrangements.
4. For attendees in the designated seating zone, seating numbers will be assigned during wristband collection at the redemption counter, which opens at 11 am on the event day.

Recoding & Audiotaping 

1. No Professional photography, audio, or video recording is allowed during the Event.
