• All tandem pilots are experienced and equipments used to fly are certified with regular safety inspection.
• The activity is dependent on weather condition, therefore the flight will only be conducted when weather is suitable and safe.

Flight is subject to weather conditions. If cancelled, you will be offered a different date to reschedule the flight.

It is advisable for guests to call us before coming to make sure about the weather condition at that moment. Our pilots and staff will make the best recommendation about the perfect timing to fly based on the on-going weather condition at that day.

In any cases, since the booking is non-refundable, reschedule is possible upon request within at least 48 hours in advance of the start date of the initial flight schedule.

General Information

• Participants will be contacted soon after your booking submission.
• The minimum height for participants is 120 cm.
• The minimum weight is 30 kg, while the maximum weight is 85 kg.
• The flight time is around 5 to 8 minutes on average (depending on weather conditions). Between 11:00 to 14:00 for the maximum amount of flying time as wind condition is best during the afternoon.
• For additional flight time, please make a special request directly to the pilot on-duty.
• Insurance for passengers are optional and please enquire from the operator prior to the flight, assessment and registration will be conducted based on condition and agreement of passenger. Additional charges may apply for insurance.

Safety Guidelines

Wind condition is a natural element that is beyond anyone’s ability to control or accurately predict. If the weather is suddenly not suitable for tandem paragliding, you are able to reschedule the flight to another date. Please do not insist on the pilot making a flight when the weather condition is not safe to fly. Flyable condition varies depending on the passenger’s weight and wind condition at that particular time. It is not uncommon that some lighter passengers would be flown while heavier passengers have to wait for the right wind condition. Female passengers that are pregnant are not advised to participate due to safety reasons.

1. Do I have to order the day before?
2. You just fill in the reservation column and you can come directly to our place by showing the reservation that you have filled.

1. When is the good time to fly paragliding?
2. The best time to fly paragliding is between 1 o’clock to 3.30 o’clock, because this activity is very dependent on the weather in this case the wind speed, usually the best time is between these hours.

1. Is this activity safe?
2. We are accompanied by pilots who are very experienced in paragliding. Some of them are national paragliding athletes and have gained national and even world achievements and some are paragliding instructors who have created many national athletes and in us your safety is our main factor and for convince you if something happens that we don’t want, you are also protected by a well-known insurance that reaches many countries for insurance claims.

1. Do we have to wear special clothes to do this activity?
2. It doesn’t have to be, you just need to wear casual clothes that easy to wear and most importantly, you most wear sports shoes.

2. Photos and videos are included in your package price, later we’ll transfer directly to your mobile ( IOS/Android) so you can see immediately and if you have social media you can share with your social media friends, all you have to do is make sure there is sufficient internal storage to save all photos and videos, we need 8GB of storage memory .

1. Is there an age limit for doing this activity?
2. Our age limit for tandem is 10 years old and also according to the child’s weight, if the weight is less and the age below can be done “paragliding tandem” so the father or mother will take his child, and we are expert to do it, and return for safety reasons for certain winds we don’t do it.

1. Are there other restrictions that limit this activity?
2. For restrictions or prohibitions on not doing this activity, among others, women who are pregnant are not allowed to do this activity, elderly parents have heart disease and we forbid to do this activity because this activity is very adrenaline rush.

• If the Participant provides any information that is untrue, inaccurate, outdated or incomplete, or if the 3A Adventures “ Team 3A “ management has ground to believe that such information is untrue, inaccurate, outdated or incomplete, the 3A Adventures “ Team 3A “ may at any time suspend, revoke, cancel or terminate the Participant's registration for the Event or entitlement and fees will not be refunded.

• This paragliding experience is not suitable for kids below 4 years old.
• Participant are require to present their e-ticket(Printed/soft copy) confirmation & NRIC (MyKad) OR Passport at the counter for verification purpose.
