1) 购票及入场：    
    Ticket Purchase and Entry:

• 所有参与者必须购买有效的门票才能进入活动场地。
  All attendees must purchase a valid ticket to enter the event.
• 门票数量有限，将以先到先得的方式出售。
  Tickets are limited and will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
• 参与者必须在入场时出示有效的门票和身份证明。
  Attendees must present a valid ticket (QR code) and IC upon entry.
• 如有必要，主办方保留拒绝入场或将任何个人从活动场地内驱逐的权利，而无需退款。
  The organizers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any individual from the event premises without a refund if necessary.
• 食物和饮料（例如矿泉水、便当等）严禁携带入场。若有携带者，主办方将有权保管。如有物品遗失，主办方概不负责。谢谢合作。
  Food and beverages (such as bottled water, lunch boxes, etc.) are strictly prohibited from being brought inside.
  If brought, the organizers reserve the right to hold them for you.
  The organizers shall not be held responsible for any lost items.              
• 请在入场前30分钟进行报道。
  The registration counter will open 30 minutes before the show starts.
•  迟到者只能在接收到工作人员的指示后方可入场。
  Latecomers will only be admitted upon receiving instructions from the staff.

2) 活动变动和取消：   
     Changes and Cancellations:

• 主办方保留在不事先通知的情况下对活动方案、阵容、场地或活动的任何其他方面进行更改的权利。
  The organizers reserve the right to make changes to the event program, lineup, venue, or any other aspect of the event, without prior notice.

• 如因不可预见的情况而取消或推迟活动，主办方将尽力通知参与者，并在可能的情况下提供退款或其他安排。
  In the event of cancellation or postponement due to unforeseen circumstances, the organizers will make reasonable efforts to inform attendees and provide refunds or alternative arrangements where possible.

3) 退款政策：      
     Refund Policy:

• 门票一经售出，除非活动取消或延期，否则不予退款。
  Tickets are non-refundable, except in the case of event cancellation or postponement.
• 退款仅适用于原始购票人，通过原始付款方式进行退款。
  Refunds will be issued only to the original ticket purchaser, through the original payment method.
