The MRCA Retail Conference is back again this year in conjunction with the 7th Franchise Expo Malaysia (FEM) 2024. This event is specially curated for business owners interested in expanding their business network, getting inspired, and stay abreast of market trends. It will be held at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Kuala Lumpur on 12th July 2024, from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm. This year, the theme of the conference is "Post Pandemic Retail Challenges & Transformation."

With a rich history of fostering knowledge exchange and strategic thinking among leaders and entrepreneurs across various sectors, the conference aims to equip attendees with insights to strengthen their organizations' digital initiatives in response to evolving market dynamics.

Expecting an audience of approximately 400 C-Level Executives and key business implementers from retailing sectors, shopping malls, property developers, media, and government officials, the event promises a blend of informative sessions and networking opportunities.


Inspiring Guest Speakers

A three-day exhibition will be held in Hall 1 - 5, Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre, hosting over 480 exhibition booths for brands from Malaysia, Singapore, China, Taiwan, etc. The exhibition will showcase both domestic and overseas business growth opportunities through franchising, interstate and overseas expansion & support, and financial facilities providers, among others.
